We stayed one night at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The staff were very polite and professional. One of the female staff members took our photo upon arrival to our room without explaining the reason, but later we found out she wanted to prepare a surprise for us. The room was beautifully decorated, and there was a delicious cake prepared for us. All the restaurant staff were extremely professional, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. My wife really enjoyed the massage here, although, unfortunately, they didn’t have a male masseur, so I couldn’t use the massage services myself. The interior, pool, and gym were all excellent and very relaxing

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm, professional service. Really good location, lovely rooms and nice bathrooms. Very quiet, which is remarkable for this part of Delhi. Excellent room service, very good food, great Minibar! I needed to use the laundry service due to a mishap on the metro. The hotel arranged it with the greatest of efficiency. What really made for an excellent experience was the staff; all of them incredibly helpful, polite and just very lovely. Particular mention should go to Shadab on the front desk. He immediately made me feel welcome on my arrival, sorted out the laundry and helped with my onward travel.

Beautiful hotel! This is a hidden gem and so fun to explore the property. The food was excellent. The room was clean yet reflected to time period of the property. The fort palace is built into a hillside that is exposed in many of the rooms, adding to its uniqueness. We’d definitely encourage this stop on an itinerary.

“The hotel’s online photos looked impressive, but the actual condition was very disappointing. The room had damaged ventilation ducts, visible seepage marks on the ceiling, and overall poor maintenance. Even the bathroom/window area appeared unclean and broken. The reality was completely different from what was advertised online. Management should ensure that the actual room conditions match the images shown to customers.”

The worst hotel in which I had stayed, they had mentioned 3 star but no facility. Geyser not working, no alternate arrangement of hot water. All rooms sealant was present. lizards were found in the room, hole was found un attended for outlet pipe. No MCB cover, you have to open you mobile torch to turn on the MCB. No water bottle, no envelop while giving the invoices. and many more... Recommended not to stay even for an hour.. Worst ..worst arrangement.

It’s a decent town , with good roads and metro available . Good connectivity to Delhi and NCR. Joins like Barbecue nation and Pind Baruch and many other are near Sarai metro station in reliance mall or crown enterior . One can also enjoy bowling with friends and team members

One of the best hospitality I have ever received.

One of the best hospitality I have ever received. Very helpful staff plus the food is very tasty. I will definitely come again and recommend too if someone looking for a best property to stay At. I really the way then made us feel the importance of being there. From the entrance to the lobby everything was so good and that we are not able to forget.

Mandir hopping within Goverdhan area was great! Lot of historical things to see and history to soak in! Walking on the well-made pathways for "Parikrama" was perfect! Try doing the parikrama at night [24hrs open]. We went to Radha Kund and Shyam Kund for snan [Holy Dip]! Food in Goverdhan is Pure Veg [No Onion No Garlic] and still capable of being delicious! Very memorable and Great Experience! Highly Recommended!

Please do yourself a favour and avoid staying at East End Hotel. My experience was extremely disappointing. Don't be misled by the photos on Booking.com. The actual condition of the hotel was completely different from what was advertised. The room I received was dirty, with cigarette butts on the floor, stained bedsheets, an unclean toilet, and foul-smelling, wet towels. On top of that, the front office staff provided misleading information regarding services. I believe travellers deserve honest information before making a reservation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Book somewhere else and save yourself the disappointment.
