The staff is wonderful! The front desk people were very helpful and enjoyable to speak to and very knowledgable about the area. The restaurant staff is great as well. Our waiter always made sure we had everything we needed and gave very good service. The hotel is older however very clean and has some modern features mixed in and done very well. Acqui Terme was wonderful with a great old downtown area and we enjoyed visiting the fountain.

Exceptionally friendly staff. We had a reservation at the Locanda restaurant and somehow our names got missing on the list. However they were quick to accommodate and set up a table for us. The SPA area is very nice and has 3 different saunas (mediterranean, turkish and finnish).

Great staff. We needed a late check out and they worked very hard to make it work. Though the rooms themselves were a little dated, I really liked the artwork in the halls on my floor. Breakfast buffet had many options! Also perfect location.

Hotel is located in a small town nearby the local sightseeing - a castle. It is a small but cosy hotel. Rooms are fine, quite clean and are heated properly in midseason. So you will feel yourself comfortable. Reception and hosts are very kind. We asked for early checkout and received nice sandwiches despite that the restaurant should be opened later. Appreciate that very much. It is nice boutique hotel which is governed with necessary level of stay. The hotel is pet friendly.

Easy to access from the road. Nice breakfast, and the pool area was nice, I also appreciated the easy parking.

The couple running the hotel were amazing. We arrived late and they made sure we were able to get in. We also went to breakfast one hour past breakfast time and they kept the extensive breakfast food options set up for us even though we were past the time for breakfast. Wonderful people. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel even had an elevator to make getting to our second floor easy. Location from the highway was easy

Everyone was so friendly. We felt at home! The staff engaged my three year old son, and he felt so comfortable. The pools are gorgeous and so are the views. The food was delicious! We will be back!

We only stayed for one day but the countryside is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Must visit the town of Moncalvo right next to it. Beautiful town and nice people.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and enjoyed two dinner at the restaurant. Staff are kind and helpful, tour to Berta Distillery was arranged and it was interesting to visit. SPA facilities are good, unfortunately it was closed early, it would be better to extend the opening for hotel guests. Rooms are great with good space and modern bathroom. We were on the top floor with sloped roof, it took time to get used to it, big luggages are a bit difficult to come up the stairs, and aircon does not seem to work so it was a little hot. Charming and beautiful town, worth the visit.
