This is one of the best resort experiences we’ve had! The resort is beautiful and very well-maintained, standing out from most other resorts along the coast. It’s in walking distance to many of the local restaurants and tourist attractions (Rick’s Cafe, etc). It’s very close to the sea, so we didn’t feel missed out at all compared to the beach-facing resorts with pools. The hospitality and service is top-notch—we felt personally and genuinely welcomed. Our host is super friendly and helpful. We were greeted with rum punch when we arrived, and we had options of traditional Jamaican breakfast (ackee & fish, very delicious) and traditional American breakfast. The host is very accommodating for our needs, giving us great itinerary advice and connecting us to affordable local services (safe taxis, places to visit, tours, etc.), even helping us get back safely past midnight on NYE. Our host was born in Jamaica and has lived most of her life in the US, so we felt right at home while being welcomed to the local culture with trustworthy assistance.

The quiet and elegance. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. There were many days when we felt like we were the only guests. The meals were delicious. Loved the pods on the cliffs and the saltwater pool.

The hotel is nice and decent. The front desk staff are great and very welcoming. The staff did a good job cleaning the room. Security staff men and women; always had such pleasant demeanour with guests. My request for 1 King bed was met I was so happy ! I slept like a baby! The bathrooms are updated which is good. I liked being close to the office, the parking, the pool and the walk across the street to beach. I was lucky and got a room that was close and big.

The welcoming with Amanda.(loved the welcome drink). How Ms. Claudette always made sure we were good. Linton was an awesome bartender. Damian made sure we were settled on the beach and had everything. We loved the vibe and the resort. Can't wait to return, we felt like family!

Great location love the cliffs and the ocean access. For us, we were helping with hurricane relief efforts so we needed a place with power, water, and WiFi that was located in and near St. Elizabeth and Westmoreland. This checked all the boxes plus.

It was breathtaking. The view was amazing. The room we stayed in was nice and comfortable. We took a sea view room definitely worth the upgrade. The location is really far, but once you arrive you forget about the distance. 10 mins from Rick's Cafe.

Favorite spots to eat were Three Dives (jerk), Pushcart, and...

Favorite spots to eat were Three Dives (jerk), Pushcart, and Best In The West (jerk). We got around by taxi - just ask at the hotel desk and they can easily arrange it for you. Traffic patterns are very different than in the US, so I don't recommend driving. We truly enjoyed snorkeling at the West End and saw a lot of variety. On Seven Mile Beach, we enjoyed walking along the beach and stopping in all the tiny bars for Red Stripes or Dirty Bananas. The late-night live music at Roots Bamboo and Woodstock were also really fun!

This is an excellent accommodation for your vacation.

This is an excellent accommodation for your vacation. The villa is new with detailed interior decorating and an exceptionally clean environment. The villa is on a beachfront and the owner expressed their plan to do additional work to enhance the space. It is strategically located almost to the border of Westmoreland and St Elizabeth and is very close to the main thoroughfare. The bed was super comfortable and felt like my home away from home. I must commend the owners of the property, Donna and Ian who were both accommodating and ensured that our stay was a great one. I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone.

I stayed at the Commingle Hotel in Savanna-La-Mar and it was great!! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and gracious. I was stranded and had nowhere to go after the other hotel "ghosted" me! They found a room for me, and also helped me to arrange local transport! I was there for a funeral so did not spend a lot of time there...just two nights!

This is always my favourite part of the island, clear...

This is always my favourite part of the island, clear crystal, shallow waters. The roads have gotten bad and a lot of run down property around but still worth my trip. Be careful of the taxi drivers who overcharge. Overall everyone quotes in US currency which is a big turn off.

Bustling town with an array of activities for every type of traveler. Food is always good at Matthews, Blue Mahon and Coletta’s for local cuisine. Area is easy to navigate by foot or taxi if you don’t drive. Catamaran cruises run throughout the day and snorkeling is guaranteed to please.
