Lovely little place, the bungalow was beautiful, set in lush gardens and the couple that run it are kind, helpful and fun. Highly recommend a stay here.

Fabulous property for my weekend getaway from the city. It’s like a hidden gem in the jungle, very green, quiet, and relaxing. I just wish I could have spent more time there. I really enjoyed the comfortable, quiet room, which had a great resort-like vibe. The breakfast included in the package was simple but enough to fuel us for the day. The pool was probably my favorite; I spent about an hour swimming, surrounded by trees and plants.

The property was prepared well with greenery surrounding. Owner and sfatt Mr. Lyyon very friendly and helpful during our stay. Food was very delicious. I would to stay again once I travel to Kep province.

4th floor over looking the pool and the Gulf of Thailand. The Hotel was perfect. I've been to a lot of places in my time. This places from the front of the house to the back of the house staff. To Notch. Everything perfect. Great WiFi smart TV so I could watch Netflix. Pool is huge and super clean like the rooms. Loved the elevator. 1.50 USD to crab market and Kep beach. Walking distant to ABA banking machine. Sound proof rooms.. Air Con was perfect I have rebooked again. Heads up,I live in Kep and have stayed at a few places. Being all over Cambodia. This is the nicest place that I've ever stayed at for what you get and what you pay. Don't waste your time going to other places, this is the place.

The room was clean and a great view from my suite. The pool was lovely, as were the staff. I would absolutely stay here again and Kep is a great little town.

location is right next to the sea. room have balcony where you can sit and enjoy the views. You could see the whole view from your room and the pool. Staff really helpful.
