The front desk was very helpful and we were very pleased that they could help us in English due to the language barriers. Great location, subway (train) station was close by (walking distance). Comfortable room, nice size and FABULOUS shower! The onsen on the extention of the room was definitely a plus. Mahalo from Hawai'i!!

I like the meeting room, it serves it’s purpose, Toby was very helpful, since he can speak our language, we had completely gained our confidence feeling that we are taken care off well. We left our money in the vault and they are honest in returning it with special delivery to our new hotel in Inchon. Breakfast is good. Amenities are ok, it is like home away from home

The rooms are clean and they even have this clothes steam clothing care system which is awesome!! Walking distance to Suwon Station, Suwon Mall and right next to Rodeo St which is the Main Street or attraction in Suwon

Very everything was very clean and new. Location is good, airport bus spot is about 10 min by foot, the area is very nice, full of café, restaurants and even outlets. Check in was online, a little bit confused in the beginning but no problem at all. Definitely will stay again!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I am convinced this is the best Double Tree anywhere. The property is spectacularly clean. It’s tastefully decorated and aesthetically pleasant. The icing on the cake is the phenomenal staff! Concierge was consistently efficient, professional and helpful. Room service was excellent and the food was amazing. I don’t usually finish every bite but this time I certainly did. Housekeeping always did a beautiful job. The cute place where they serve tea and pastries, across from the restaurant - also amazing. I could go on. But in a nutshell this place is a must see, must stay.

Stayed at Reborn Suwon Silkroad Hotel and honestly, it was a comfortable stay. Love the location—everything is nearby, bus stop just 5 minutes walk.The room was surprisingly spacious (rare in Korea), and the bed was perfect after a long day exploring. Simple, convenient, and worth the price. Not luxury, but it has its own quiet charm.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was well-stocked, which was awesome because I had misplaced my toothbrush, but the room had a toiletries bag that included a new one! The bed was comfortable, and the mini-fridge and kettle were great. The breakfast in the mornings was tasty and filling. The staff at the front desk were super kind and helpful.
