Great location, easy parking and excellent breakfast (coffee, quality fruit juice and wide choice of food) together with high professional employees

We stayed in the royal suite and really enjoyed it. The suite is very very large, with an expansive living room and dining room, plus an office area and a small kitchen area, but no stove top. The suite has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom alone is over 1000 SQ ft. We especially liked the expansive balconies and windows, which line the entire living room/dining room area and the master bedroom. The easy to use shade controls allow you to open one or all of the window shades in a particular area. The entire suite has floor heating and there are 4 overhead A/C units. Unlike some hotels in Korea, we were able to use the A/Cs and venting even in the spring time. A 2-burner stove top and apartment size refrigerator would be a good addition. Wish list for our next stay! Very quiet and nice. Nearby walking paths along the river and a 2-5km trail up into the hills. Lots of parking and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. No bell service,. however for help with bags.

Great hotel with a privileged location. I recommend it as a good choice for visiting this beautiful city. The proximity to Hanok Village is a bonus as you can see this wonderful neighborhood without stopping.

*The room is very clean with hardwood floors so no shoes walk in the room. *The day & evening staffs are very friendly and helpful. *The location is great~The local bus 5001/5002 from the Jeonju Bus Terminal stop in front the hotel. And Gyeonggijeon Shrine and Nambu Market just 5-10 minutes walk from the Hotel too.

The hotel is in a great location right on Jeonju station, and by a bus that took us very quickly to the Hanok village. The room was clean and spacious.

There is absolutely nothing we did not like about this hotel! Location is superb, hard to believe its only 2 star! It was the first time we entered a hotel and it smelled so nice! The lobby is exquisite with unique decoration of wooden and metal furniturw and elements. Our room was also amazing, curtains opening automatically when you enter the room, beautiful smell and very clean! The view of the river and bridge was trully something else and its location was exceptional (only 2 minute walk from hanok village, restaurants, cafes and historical sites). Another surprise was the "in house" hollys coffee shop next to the lobby (inside the hotel).

It was small but it was very nice. Much cleaner than the Best Western in Busan.

The buildings look traditional, yet are modern. The room was spacious. The bathroom was laid out to allow one person to use the toilet in privacy while another could shower or bath in privacy. The room was very quiet.The staff was polite and quick to respond to requests. The grounds are well kept and beautiful.

The hotel has excellent amenities in each room. The rooms are specious and clean. Staff is very friendly and is fast to respond.
