Room was great, large and comfortable. Garden was fabulous and so was the pool and breakfast areas. 3 blocks from the cathedral which was a 5 min walk max. Perfect i would go back! Take advantage of the massage they offer - great 👍🏻.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location walking distance to all sights. Offsite parking was close secure and easy with help from hotel staff. Perfect little pool to cool off in the cute courtyard.

Excellent hotel with stunning decor, rooms are huge and beds very comfortable. Beautiful pool, free coffee and cold drinking water. Lovely breakfast. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming - down to the dogs and cats that lounged by the front desk. It was truly an unexpected oasis in the middle of Granada. Beautiful, warm, comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will return again!

Paradiso is an amazing spot! The location is perfect, right at the lagoon with a nice size beach, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the amenities are fantastic! (They are currently renovating/expanding their restaurant and other areas but this didn't affect us at all - and can't wait to see it finished!)

Extremely helpful staff! A very central location. The hotel also helps you book tours and shuttles and provide laundry services as well. Loved the dogs and cats there too. Great value overall and 10/10 would recommend.

The kayaking was lovely, I liked that they had a little cove to themselves with the floating dock. It was very clear water & felt very peaceful. Great cafe at the free dive place is right next door too!

The bedroom and bath were well equipped - super comfortable...

The bedroom and bath were well equipped - super comfortable king bed, great sheets and towels, fan and AC (although you might not need it), TV with plenty of streaming options, soaps, shampoo, filtered water, etc. Bedroom has a small table for in-room dining. Our bedroom looked out over the laguna and volcano ..beautiful! Healthy meals and the chef was open to customizing - used very fresh and locally sourced ingredients (fruits, fish, beef). Full bar including wines. Option to dine outside by the pool, inside or in your room. Staff was extremely attentive - and some bilingual. The retreat is on the rim of the Laguna - so you are fairly high up and might want to bring a light jacket and pants for cooler evernings. The layout allows for extended families or friends to share the space but still enjoy privacy - the rooms are open and spacious. Also ideal for yoga/pilates retreats, weddings, family reunions, etc.

La Laguna is a beautiful place to spend time.

La Laguna is a beautiful place to spend time. The water is super nice and clean. One of my favorite places in Nicaragua. Every single time I’m visiting Nicaragua I’m going to Laguna Apoyo for the day or staying overnight. Love it

I loved this place.

I loved this place. It’s such a magical little spot with free kayaks, a spa and a restaurant. It felt like a little luxury break but it was very affordable. The volunteers were super friendly too and put on interesting activities like basket weaving, acroyoga, hikes and trivia. A lot of people do this as a day trip for Granada but If you have the time I would definitely reccomend staying longer!
