The room was on the first floor and there was a pool.

It is very clean, stuff very friendly and the breakfast is fantastic.

Everything was amazing. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean and constantly sanitized.

The hotel has so much to offer. The room was excellent, we had a tiny private courtyard. The restaurant/cafe provided excellent food and service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If in the area again we would stay again.

Great area!! Cheap eats right around the corner., safe surroundings. Good breakfast! I go to managua twice a year and this is a great first for me. Will be back, 5 blocks from Los Ranchos, amazing meats!! Bella mi Managuita y el hotel Art esta divino. Gracias por su cortesia

Great location. Kind staff. They also offered us a private shuttle to the airport at 2:30am. It was extremely convenient.

Everything, it's such a great place to stay in Managua! The owner and all staff members are super friendly day & night! Many places to sit and relax besides your room, very comfortable, and very safe. Nice large rooms with large comfortable beds with a large attached bathroom. Room with private balcony was an awesome bonus and it included AC. We recieved free breakfast with coffee which is so generous and delicious everytime! We have stayed here numerous times and we will continue to do so when we come to Managua to stay or even a night here and there when traveling through. Highly recommend this place.

I loved everything about this hotel. It is located close to several restaurants within walking distance and the pool is splendid as are all the grounds of the property. I felt safe. The food they prepared was tasty too.
