Great hotel nice service thank you

The best hotel for all of our stay in Oman. We booked 3 rooms for our group of 6 people. It's not just our rooms, but the entire hotel is very clean. The bathroom was also clean and smelled great. The location was convenient for us to explore the beaches close to Sur. We went to a hidden beach called Al-Khesah which is about 30 mins drive from the hotel. The beach was pristine and completely empty. This is no doubt one of best beaches I've ever been to. It is also convenient to drive to Bidiyah from this hotel.

I booked a tent. It was very good, very cozy and it’s in the desert. You get access to a beautiful beach and you get a tour to watch sea turtles.

Nice small hotel perfectly located with friendly and helpful staff. I had a quiet room and comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful in directions around town, and how to get to Wadis Shab and Tiwi. Easy to walk to the beach and right by the souk, and lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfast for a small additional charge. Really good value all round.

The staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. The facilities are top notch with many additional activities available. The star gazing is fantastic and the host is very knowledgeable about astronomy. There is a wide selection of delicious food at both the dinner and breakfast buffet. This is a unique experience and I will be recommending Starry Domes to friends and family.

Excellent service! Kudos to all the staff, the reception, cafe staff Mohammed, their attentiveness are exceptional. They go above and beyond to serve us . Cleanliness of this property is a plus too!

Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff. However, the location is shown slightly inaccurately on the map – you need to turn a bit off the main road.

The most beautiful view from the window I've had in Oman. The best Omani coffee served right at the reception. That's how the level of hospitality should be ❤️. The owner is an extremely devout & a pure Gentleman. The staff is pleasant, attentive, cool and responsive. They accepted our request for a complimentary room upgrade and giving me the amazing panoramic lake view!! It has good parking space and next to it has a nice restaurant with an amazing view. In short, if you visit Sur, then this is the hotel you should book for!

The camp is on an upper side of the desert, so you can enjoy an amazing view. There are only 3 tents so it’s really a great way to experience the desert and its silence Amer is a fantastic host, everything was perfect! Thank you!

What should I write about this magical place on earth. A unique and magical experience. Besides the warm hospitality. Very clean, excellent service, excellent access, excellent facilities, location. Really a 10/10 A must on your Oman itinerary. Don't miss the sunrise over the dunes - truly a once in a lifetime experience. A+++++
