Never was offered any breakfast. Hardly anyone at the reception except on payment day. Room was never cleaned or bed done, or rubbiush baskets emptied during my whole stay.

Great location between Al Ashkharah and Masirah island; clean room, great bathroom and large dining area; very close to a beach (a bit rocky but very nice to walk a bit to reach a sandy beach). Many thanks to the housekeeper who is very helpful and attends to all our needs (location to find food, fan & electricity to charge phone etc).

Firstly, i should say about the trust of owner shown towards...
Firstly, i should say about the trust of owner shown towards me at the time of checkout. we kept the money in the room for later collection by him. secondly, the property is well secured with full wall and gate. additionally, there is a separate huge kitchen. the rooms are two different apartments within a gate and great for privacy. good for 4 people. there is no wifi. and owner shall repaint the peeled off paint . the owner contacted us through WhatsApp and trusted us. I recommend this property as cheap and affordable..
