Our stay at Royal Desert Camp was fantastic! The host and staff were wonderful, taking excellent care of all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunset trip and the campfire under the starry night, as well as the delicious Omani Quroos for breakfast. I would love to visit again someday, inshallah!

The staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. The facilities are top notch with many additional activities available. The star gazing is fantastic and the host is very knowledgeable about astronomy. There is a wide selection of delicious food at both the dinner and breakfast buffet. This is a unique experience and I will be recommending Starry Domes to friends and family.

The camp is located in a quiet spot. Imad was a super attentive and lovely host. We were the only guests at the camp and enjoyed the dunes, the quiet and the picturesque camp. It was an amazing experience.

The location is great, in the middle of nowhere so you can disconnect totally from the real world. Khaled was great he drives you to the camp since its an offroad road and arriving to the camp is an activity by itself. The room exceed expectations for a desert camp, free coffee, tea, juices and fruits are offered all along your stay. At night they do a firecamp, with a stargazing session. Khaled was a great host he made sure that food was served as per our preferences. We really enjoyed every minute spent in this camp

The property was very clean and the caretaker (Mr. Sajjad) was very helpful. The property is about 200 meters away from the sand dunes. The views from the property during the morning and night are equally spectacular. There is a road for cars that are NOT 4x4 to reach the property as well. However, it’s best to contact the owner for guidance. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The surroundings are clean. The owner was very friendly and polite. We loved our stay!
