- The staff is very attentive and sympathetic. And they allow for early check-in (plus check-out at noon, which is a luxury nowadays); - The rooms and common areas are very clean and comfortable (dark bedroom, quiet, comfortable mattress); - The breakfast is excellent (do buy it DURING you check-in - the price on-site is better). I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful view of the city, unique location and excellent service.

Its very close to the busstop which is convenient for everyone .Its very close to the mall like 4to 5 minutes walkThe staff are very nice and the rooms were sparkling clean.we requested our rooms to be close and they delivered.The breakfast was very tasty and the waiters will always be looking which is good especially when you need assistance .

Good location, Byredo cosmetics, nice and bright swimming pool with jacuzzi, the room was excellent, the breakfast was also incredible. Great service and luxury vibes! Also we were pleased with the compliment from the hotel :)

Everything was amazing. Beautiful hotel with good location. The hotel itself has everything you could ever need. We had an amazing view from our 14th floor room. The check in was smooth. Room was spacious, clean, had several seating areas. The bed was big, comfortable, with many pillows and a huge blanket. We also were given an extra blanket on request. Bathroom was big, clean, there was a hairdryer, 3in1 shower gel-shampoo-soap. The room had a complimentary coffee and tea, little fridge, safe. There was even a small sawing kit, q-tips and ironing board. Room was cleaned every day, also towels were changed every day. The hotel's rooftop bar had an amazing view although it is very crowded. Overall ee are very happy with out stay there and would definitely book this hotel again.

Location. It was in a city centre. Room was clean and refreshed according to our needs. Beds were comfortable and sheets were changed after 2 days. Beautiful Christmas decorations in a Holl. Highly recommend

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The interior is modern and stylish, with thoughtfully designed spaces that feel both elegant and comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean — from the lobby to the rooms, you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. The location is another major plus. It's conveniently situated- ( 10 min 🚗 from Warsaw Central train station- easy to get around and explore the city. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality!

It's a new building and new hotel

It's a fantastic hotel all around, but the the team makes it really something special. We've been three times, and felt well taken care every time and will definitely be back. Also, the breakfast is nothing short of amazing. Major bonus point is the play corner for kids.

My single room was clean and fresh, and the staff were very polite. The breakfast was good, and the location is excellent — only about a 10-minute walk to the central train station and not far from the city center. There are also many bus stops, stores, and cafés nearby, which makes it very convenient.

Location is very convenient for the trams and buses and quite close to the airport. Hotel had nice facilities like a workout room and the breakfast in the morning was amazing!
