Good location for visiting Iguazú Falls and getting into town. The staff was friendly and helpful—especially Carla at reception, who stayed calm and professional and helped us resolve an issue at check-out. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels, hot water worked well, and the pool area was nice. Good value if you’re looking for a simple 3-star stay.

Friendliness of the staff and willingness to help solve the problem of a change in itinerary. The food in the restaurant was beyond exceptional. The restaurant staff was perfect, and the atmosphere was casual. .

The hotel is in pristine condition. For us, it was the best hotel experience in our trip to Argentina. It is located in an affluent neighborhood. It has 2 restaurants (one in the lobby area and one in the rooftop). The one in the rooftop is exclusively for grilled meat (lamb and beef) and has a heated infinity pool. From the rooftop you can view the Tancredo Neves Bridge (which connects the brazilian city of Foz do Iguacu with Argentina's Puerto Iguazú) as well as the Integration Bridge (which connects Foz do Iguacu, Brazil and the city of Presidente Franco, Paraguay)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has a modern, stylish ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, right in the city center, which made it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel with great and clean room. The tv had also English chanels. It is located near the city center, few blocks away from the bus station. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance. The outside area of the hotel is beautiful. We will definitely stay again here when we visit Puerto Iguazu again.

The staff is friendly, courteous, very accommodating and kind. The hotel is clean and spacious. The dinner buffet and complimentary breakfast has quality and diverse choices. Very nice. The hotel is walking distance to stores, groceries and pharmacies. You probably need to either take a cab or public transportation to get to the center of town. However, if you are participating in a tour to the falls, they will most likely be able to pick you up at the hotel.

Everything was incredible! Staff were great and communicative, rooms were luxurious and clean, breakfast was terrific. Would recommend to everyone in Puerto Iguasu!

The staff were very helpful. They made our room comfortable and thoughtful for our trip as we told them it was our honeymoon. The front desk staff were very attentive and kind. Breakfast was great! Great location as well.

I reserved this hotel after checking the most famous ones, on both the Argentian and Brasilian side of the cataratas, and I couldn't be happier with having booked Loi Suites, which is really a great place to stay at a reasonable price. The location is spectacular, rooms are big, swimming pools in the middle of the jungle, very good breakfast and restaurants. Would definitely come back!

The Hotel was out of service and we were redirected to another HOTEL " URU" with poor security, Breakfast? old bread, an apple, and an orange or 1/2 MEDIALUNA. Coffee. milk butter and dulce de leche. VERY BASIC at the best.

The place is great. You can hear the birds in the morning and Brazil is across the river!
