Fabulous room very comfortable, very clean. Plenty of space, great wifi, lots of parking, very good breakfast and dinner. Surroundings are quiet, 10 minute drive to Bran. Scenery is completely serene, with mountains and grassy knolls.

I must say, we had a wonderful time at The Pines. I will come back here again and stay a little bit longer for sure. When we got there, the scenery was above expectations, the staff was so helpful and showed us a little piece of heaven for us and the kids: the playing room. Designed especially for the kids to have tons of fun in a safe environment and for the parents to enjoy a specialty coffee while watching their kids. The room was with a breathtaking view. Felt like sleeping in the middle of the nature but in a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was so pleasant and diverse. We had a lot of options, and I did appreciate the salads. The dinner also had some pleasant surprises, as it felt like a premium restaurant with good food and beautiful plating.

Amazing location, friendly and accommodating staff and beautiful property. Our room was one floor up with a direct castle view. The bed and bedding were very comfy. The towels were a great size, weight and texture. The shower had great water pressure and room in it. Plenty of toiletries were provided as well. The breakfast included is delicious and had plenty of cheese, veggies, meats, breads, fruits, butter, olives, water, juice, choice of coffee and tea and an egg option. The restaurant has a great diverse lunch and dinner menu and everything we had for two dinners was so good. Highly recommend eating here for meals instead of going elsewhere if you are looking for delicious food and great service at great prices! There's a bunch of beautiful rescue cats on the property too to love on and enjoy. They are so sweet and we're a great addition to a wonderful stay. Looking forward to a return visit one day soon.

Awesome experience! Such a wonderful guesthouse, has all-what-you-need kitchen, a lot of space in hall, great backyard with very clever zoning. We came off season, so didn’t try pool and barbecue area. Heated outdoor jacuzzi in snowy/rainy winter is outstanding, actually went hours here. Private parking. Super friendly owners available almost till midnight. 2 min ride from Bran Castle location and 5 min from gas station and supermarket. 100/10 place to stay

Location was great, travelled with my 10yo daughter and she was absolutely delighted about the room and the cherry on top were the friendly dogs the hotel has. On a serious note, room was clean, loved the design, bathroom was big enough, a balcony with superb view, pool was clean and well maintained, food at restaurant was tasty. What mattered for me the most was the attitude of the staff, very friendly and flexible.

The place is amazing , the room was clean with a nice view , the staff very helpful.So many activities to do during the day,at night we attend a campfire with live music and wine, the restaurant food is really good.Valea cu povesti is like a fairytale , and is so close to Bran Castle.We had a really good time, we will be back for sure.

It is a very nice location with extraordinary people, happy to help every time you need, very clean, the Spa it's very cozy and it has all the facilities you need. The food is home prepared with goods from the area and it's very tasty. The room are big enought and the terrace is very plaisant. I totally recommend it.

Really enjoyed my stay here. There was a little festival going on which was fun to attend. It's about a 20 min walk from here to Bran castle. Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was huge for a single person and delicious.

Bran was a beautiful little place, nice atmosphere, lots of places to eat and drink. Great food, great prices. Friendly people, welcoming atmosphere. Great opportunities for local tours, walking routes and a lovely experience of the castle.

Great small village, lots of places to visit nearby, be it the great city of Brasov, the Bran Castle or the bear sanctuary in Zarnesti. Or of course hiking in the Piatra Craiului mountains which are really impressive both for the views provided and forcthe hiking trails.

Bran Castle is a very popular destination, but despite that, the place itself turned out to be not that interesting or impressive. The tunnel had the potential to be the most exciting part, but in reality, the elevator ride down was the best thing about it. I don't regret visiting, as I would have spent my whole life wondering what it looks like, but now that I've seen it, I wouldn't care to visit again, and I wouldn't wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone as an exciting destination.

Nice town, beautiful, lush nature, close to Sinaia and Brasov, way too crowded downtown, barely any parking lots. Many places to eat, especially in the centre. You have the Bran Castle and the kitschy Valea cu povesti in the Club Vila Bran for smaller kids. You also have the Horror House, not for kids under 12.

Excellent small village, scattered on a slope, with south exposition, great view on Piatra Craiului and Bucegi mountains, with many hiking and mountain biking options. If you want peace and quiet here you have it.
