SerbiaWe really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the walking area along the river is beautiful. The SPA area was excellent, especially in the afternoon when children were resting — it was very peaceful and almost empty. We enjoyed the sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi a lot. We also had a great time playing table tennis and billiards. Overall, the facilities are excellent, and many thanks to the hotel staff — everything was really great.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the walking area along the river is beautiful. Clean apartment with river view right on the boardwalk. It has excellent restaurant downstairs. Easy walk to other restaurants and easy drive to Golubac fortress & Lepenski Vir.

There is a very nice lake “Silver Lake “ in vicinity of Veliko Gradište (5km), with beautiful nature, nice for swimming, paddling, fishing, walking and biking. Lots of restaurants during season ( May to October), Cafeteria’s, even Water Park. Recommend to visit. Nice historical monuments around.

Such a jewel of a town and the Fortress how it looks as the light on the Danube changes throughout the day. The many rooms and levels to explore and history to read in the Fortress was truly top-notch reminded me of the quality castle experience like at Bran Castle in Romania another gem! If you want to fish I think Golubac town is your place—there are chill affordable boat trips from town to the fortress too, but you can't get on and off I dont think!? The fortress is a 10 min taxi away! Several really good restaurants to choose from for a small riverside community & the bus station is a great hub and easy to navigate buses to Kladovo and to Beograd the other way. I fell in love with Golubac the week I stayed in late April 2026!

big Market store tha Main street in downtown is full of Bars and simply small coffee_bars pizzeria in downtown name SanMarco is amazing pizzas are like in Italy in Rome and you have around a city 20-40km and you need a car ofcourse a lot monastery old Roman camp city just 10km from pozarevac and old Castle in Golubac 35km from the city but beautiful experience

The town is located by a lake and near the Danube.
The town is located by a lake and near the Danube. Ideal for passing trough, and exploring new places. Golubac with the fortress is close, it is good to take a drive parallel to the Danube. And right on the road along the Danube there are many local restaurants with incredibly delicious cuisine.

Golubac is developing, and for sure has a potential to become a proper tourist spot.
Needs a bit of polishing, but people are friendly, helpful and with the big smile on their face.
I am glad, Serbia started to understand the importance of tourism.

We have spent our vacation on a Silver lake, near Veliko...
We have spent our vacation on a Silver lake, near Veliko Gradiste. It's a beautiful lake with a pebble beach for your family vacation. There are also many interesting locations in its surrounding. Two medieval fortresses are just about 30 minutes away by car. The archeological location of early civilisation Lepenski vir (8000 B.C.) is just 60 kilometers away. We recommend a boat tour on Danube to Golubac fortress and back. If you are interested in fishing, this is a good place too. You can rent a bike and ride along Danube to the Veliko Gradiste from Silver lake.

Now is the winter period. It's not crowded.
Now is the winter period. It's not crowded. The place is interesting, with a nice promenade along the Danube. Several restaurants offer great food. The fortress is exceptional. The curator is great, but the presentation was only in Serbian. However, everywhere there are signs in Serbian and English.
