Staff was super hospitable and often asked if there was anything that we needed/wanted. Hot-tub/jacuzzi and sauna were fantastically positioned in the garden and terrace area. Breakfast was robust and offered lots of good options. Paid extra for a river-view room and was so glad we did! Our balcony offered amazing sunsets.

Novi Sad seems to be getting worse.

Novi Sad seems to be getting worse. Over congested and no town planning is clearly obvious. Not a very clean city and food has rreally gone downhill. It is a shame that the town councillors have lost pride in this once beautiful city and historic buildings. Hotel Pupin is the place to go eat and Promenade shopping centre is the place to go to for all your food and other shopping. a couple of days and 4 being more than enough in the city.

Small and nice city of Subotica.

Small and nice city of Subotica. It has nothing special from one side but is very beatifull from another. It has a soul. If the city likes you, it will never release you - you will be forced to come back again and again))) Don't miss also the thermal spa and aqua park in the Palic neighbourhood.

Beautiful place to walk around, plenty of places to great a bite or stop for a drink. Very family oriented so if you have kids, it's great place to be. Bikes to rent or you can bring your own. Plenty of parking space.

Many new apartments are being built, and several streets are closed due to renovations, which makes the neighborhood less accessible and takes away from its original charm. It’s becoming more of a tourist destination than the area can comfortably handle. What makes this area special, however, is the abundance of nature surrounding it and the large number of nearby monasteries. There are plenty of opportunities to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and explore the local attractions.

This is a rare and beautiful city that offer beautiful historical architecture and ambience (along with the conveniences of modern life), and some of the most beautiful tree-lined streets that you might ever see. Also, the air here is SO GOOD that you will want to spend all of your time outside while here.

The town has everything needed for a nice holiday. It also has a beach, Roman ruins, market and fine nightlife. Costs are cheaper relative to the UK for dining out or drinking. Plenty of things to see and do. Friendly people.

Lovely little city with plenty of beautiful sights!

Lovely little city with plenty of beautiful sights! My top spots were: view of the Zrenjanin Court House and Reformed Church by the little lake (III), National museum, Trg Slobode, Žitoprodukt lake (especially at sunset), riverside near Dundjerski palace, Karadjordjev park... The city looks wonderful in spring. I ate at Bridge cafe, at Renesansa restaurant, Caffe Macchiato, Etno house, Zavrtlija. Loved the view from Bridge cafe and coffee with cinammon, Bailey's coffee at Renesansa, Hurricane cocktail at Caffe Macchiato, strip pancakes at Etno house, Mexican food at Zavrtlija. It's quite easy to get around Zrenjanin, although I did use Google Maps, as it's very efficient and easy to save favorite spots there. Overall, it was a very enjoyable visit! The city needs investment, as well as better cleaning in order to fully shine. Animals on the street are very cuddly and peaceful. I fed them and spent some nice time with them!

The surrounding places/sites to visit were great, Monastery Krušedol is must see. The food was more than excellent and the people very friendly. Salaš Stojšić and Salaš Mali park ooowww - if I stayed a little bit longer I would gain 10kg more hahahaha!

We visited the beach at the Danube River called "Strand",...

We visited the beach at the Danube River called "Strand", which is definitely a place to experience. The only negative is the parking fee, which you are not able to pay, unless you are Serbian. On Sunday we visited the city centre, where you can park for free in the Red Zones. The shops, cafes and restaurants are open, so you won´t miss anything on Sunday.
