Simple and clean facility. Staff made adjustment to a room with 1 bed to a room with 2 beds. Hearty breakfast at sister hotel down the street. Location was great for walking around town and driving to gondola lift.

We stayed 2 days and everything was great. the food for breakfast and dinner for halfboard were very nice and delicious. The staff is very kind and helpful. The Welness area is stylish and clean. Saunas are big enough and in very good condition. The outside pool is exceptional. Overall the hotel is perfect for relaxing the mind and body with a touch of nature and wellness&spa.

We stayed at Hotel Zawrat Ski Resort & Spa and overall had a very good experience, especially for a ski holiday. The location is a major advantage. The hotel is easy to reach by car and is less than 100 meters from the ski lift and chairlift — you can practically walk out of the ski room in your boots and reach the lift immediately. The area is quiet, with a pleasant view. It feels more like a rural area without a clear “downtown”; nightlife was not something we were looking for, but it also didn’t stand out as being present nearby. The rooms are clean and well maintained on a daily basis. Budget rooms are on the smaller side but functional; for more comfort, it’s worth considering a higher category. The spa area meets expectations — the SPA looks like in the photos and is well maintained. A nice advantage is that during the day the pool is not crowded, which is great for non-skiers. Breakfast is a strong point: varied and good quality. For lunch and dinner, although the food is good, you might want more variety — there are restaurants within less than 1 km, so alternatives are easy to find. The hotel is family-friendly, with a dedicated space for children. The staff is fine, and communication in English was not an issue. In short: • excellent access to the slopes (very close to the lift) • varied and good breakfast • clean rooms • family-friendly • pool is not crowded during the day
