Our whole stay at PP Erawan Palms Resort was truly amazing and exceeded all our expectations. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and genuinely caring, always ready to help with anything we needed. They were incredibly supportive with all the transfers, both on the way to the apartment and then again when we were leaving back to the pier, which meant a lot especially because I currently have a broken toe and needed extra assistance with getting around. Their attitude was always patient and understanding, and it really made us feel well taken care of during the entire stay.
The food in the resort was on a very high level. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and good quality, and the meals during the day, whether lunch or dinner, were also excellent, nicely presented and very tasty. It was always a pleasure to sit down for a meal and enjoy the atmosphere. The whole resort has a unique setting, surrounded by greenery and nature, so it almost feels like staying in the middle of a jungle. This creates a very peaceful and relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the last days of the holiday.
The beach and sea in the area are also beautiful, with clear water and the possibility to enjoy swimming and waves in nearby spots around Phi Phi. Even though we travel a lot and have seen many places, this stay was really special. The absolute highlight for us was the evening program at the resort, which was full of fun and laughter and created a fantastic atmosphere we will not forget for a long time. For both me and my partner, it was the perfect ending to our vacation and definitely one of the best experiences of our trip.

The staff was exceptional—very kind and helpful. It was quite amusing when they used us to promote their extra-special dinner, which you can order for a very cheap price, complete with a beautiful beachfront setting.
The houses were close to two stunning beaches, and the pool area was fantastic because not many people were using it.
The location was perfect—situated in a very calm and beautiful area in the “jungle,” with just the right distance from the city center.
Additionally, the breakfast offered plenty of different options each day.

Literally the best resort on koh phi phi! Yes, a little far from town but you have everything you need on the resort and there are boats you can take at all hours when you need! Great breakfast, perfect views. SO amazing. Literally extended a few nights because we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend!!!!

Phi Phi Don is absolutely stunning, Clear turquoise water, dramatic limestone cliffs, beautiful beaches, and a wonderfully relaxed island atmosphere. It is lively in the main village, with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and boat trips, while quieter beaches and viewpoints are easy to find nearby.
The island can get busy, especially during peak season, but its natural beauty more than makes up for it. A great destination for swimming, island-hopping, sunsets, and enjoying the scenery. I would happily visit again.

From the moment you land on the island you are shown such complete care and attention from the staff you feel instantly at home. The food, the drinks, the nightly entertainment by the crabs on the beach, the tropical fish you can snorkel with on a longboat tour with the staff; make it impossible to pick a favourite activity. Though to be honest for me it was definitely a tie between the beachside room & the snorkel trip around the cave. My partner would say the Amazing staff and meeting real life monkeys, but there was so much more than that it’s actually impossible to choose!!!!
The whole staff on the island really gave this trip a special edge. Genuine care and thought went into every effort they made for us, by far our most favourite destination of the entire trip!
One hot tip is that the resort is accessible by 20min boat trip and they have multiple available daily, but to make the absolute most of your island time -make sure you bring what you need with you to limit trips back into town (the town is well equipped so if you do need something you’ll be able to find it there!)

Phi Phi Island completely stole my heart.
Phi Phi Island completely stole my heart. It's a small and beautiful island, and from the moment I arrived, it felt like I belonged there. We spent four days on the island, and every day and night revealed a new side to explore. Whether it was wandering through the lively streets, discovering hidden corners, or simply soaking in the scenery, there was always something magical waiting around the next turn.
At times, it felt as though I was walking through a movie scene created just for me. The natural beauty of the island is breathtaking. We spent hours at the beach enjoying the crystal-clear water, which was so transparent that we could see everything beneath the surface. The beaches were clean and surrounded by stunning shades of blue, turquoise, and emerald green that seemed almost unreal.
Phi Phi is more than just a destination; it's a feeling. The island has a special charm that stays with you long after you've left. I arrived as a visitor but left feeling connected to a place that felt like home.
