We were honored to be the hotel's first American guests. We were greeted warmly by an English speaking host and offered a welcome beverage. We were able to enjoy the thermal pool both upon arrival and before leaving in the morning; it was fabulous. If we had stayed longer, it would have been nice to try some of the other treatments offered, Every staff person with whom we interacted with was warm and welcoming. Since the hotel is on the outskirts of town, we chose to have dinner at the restaurant; both dinner and the included breakfast were good. In the evening on the night we were there, local musicians entertained in the lobby and it was special treat. The bed was comfortable and WIFI worked well. A great stay!

The host was very welcoming and the apartment was spacious and designed simply gorgeous. Also, the hotel is located in the oasis zone, so it is a lot of trees and plants outside. Very good air conditioner - you can turn off the lights, activate night mode and sleep like a child with comfy temperature. It is also a good dinner option available for 40 TDN per person.
