Absolutely gorgeous hotel, on par with western standards. The upgraded room with Booking.com was huge and gorgeous. Friendly and helpful multilingual staff, great pool, excellent hot water in the bathrooms. Truly luxe.

This is additional review to my orginal review. I want to emphasis on the good behaviour of the working stuff. I recall I made a comment about the egg making. They took my comment seriously and the chef made me the egg himself gor the rest of my stay, the way i like :)

Room was great. Very modern and well equipped. View from my room (on the 8th floor) was very nice. I could see the sea from up there. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying there again if visiting Sfax.

Our stay at The Z Hotel Sfax was exceptional. The hotel is spotlessly clean and perfectly located, making it very convenient to access nearby medical clinics, restaurants, and cafes. We also appreciated the availability of parking. A special thanks to the reception staff; they were incredibly kind and professional throughout our stay. They kindly offered us a room upgrade right from the first day, and since we had a late flight on our departure day, they graciously allowed us a late check-out, which we truly appreciated. The entire staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, especially the traditional Tunisian Bssisa. We also really enjoyed the ambiance and views at the top-floor restaurant. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Sfax.
