I like how staff was always helpful and resolved all issues as soon as they appeared (wonderful reception). It's my second time there and It's the second time I find it to be an enjoyable experience. Worth mentioning kitchen as there's always a wide selection of diverse dishes that are fresh and of good quality. Deserts are sublime (yet I wish I could resist the temptation). SPA is also great, very helpful and polite reception, I enjoyed massage very much. Sauna and steam bath are always well kept and clean. I like how the gym is also renovated - plenty of new equipment, and I think it got bigger since last time I saw it 2 yrs ago - keep it up, great job!

Prompt check in with brief tour of the hotel and an upgraded room… room had a lovely location right next to lake club a small restaurant open most of the day unlimited food and drinks to villa visitors. Quite area so was able to get a good sleep. Room was equipped with almost everything you can need including shoe polish! Staff throughout the hotel very kind and lovely. Restaurant staff amazing very fast at cleaning table and offering drinks as soon as you sit down. Seperate area for kids with small tables and chairs and kids food including baby food even Aptimel milk for babies!!! Food varied from all over the world always something you can eat and all food freshly made. Offers late breakfast and late dinners if you miss out again that was awesome! Lovely kids club area indoor and outdoor with slides, toys and cinema open pretty much all day long always had a staff member supervising throughout who were always very kind and friendly and kept area spotless throughout …. entertainment and activities throughout the day for kids and adults…. Everything on all inclusive was inclusive I didn’t need to spend on anything food and drinks and snacks and ice cream all day long can’t complain at all! Hotel offers WhatsApp number which I was able to message anytime if I had any question I used that a few times and found it very helpful and I always received a response within minutes….No one harassed us for photos or trips was able to enjoy holiday in peace, felt safe throughout my stay. I can go on forever with all the positive things! Thank you so much for the outstanding experience.

It's a very nice and luxurious hotel where you can find all what you need. Beautiful landscape with gardens and swimming pools, variated food all day long, spectacular shows every night, a lot of activities and playgrounds for kids... And a very friendly and professional staff who makes their best to satisfy their guests, especially loyal ones. It was our second time there so they gave us an upgrade to a very beautiful family room with a bottle of wine and fruits... We really appreciated this. They always do their best to meet your expectations. I hightly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much Belconti Hotel for everything and for considering us VIP guests. We passed a very beautiful time and will definitely be back !!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. After a few attempts I finally found the place where I want to come back again and again. Very well maintained facilities, pristinely clean rooms, very decent food. What really stands out is the personnel and service. Very professional and client oriented. Whatever wish you have, it is executed with lightning speed. Do not forget ti visit the spa, it is amazing. Special kudos to Ekaterina from Guest Relations and Bayram from Spa.

I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek.

I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek. The food was excellent, with a great variety of high-quality dishes, and the location is fantastic. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. I've especially enjoyed the piano music played in the restaurant during both breakfast and dinner, creating a sophisticated and pleasant ambiance. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. I was also impressed by the comfortable sun loungers both around the pools and on the beach. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the high-quality pillows and bedding ensured a great night's sleep. Overall, this is a beautiful resort that combines comfort, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I would gladly return and highly recommend it.

We never made it to the town centre as we were on a short break. Land of Legends is what most people come for. Our Grandchildren loved the park. The shopping centre is first class with a huge range of shops to choose from. There are some excellent restaurants, with prices to suit most budgets. The light and water shows in the centre were fantastic.

The hotels in Belek are beautiful and well-maintained, and the Land of Legends is definitely worth visiting. The beach is also clean and enjoyable. Be cautious with taxis and small shops that don’t display prices. There are many scams – I once forgot to ask the price for a glass of orange juice and ended up paying $10! Taxis often reject Uber and give unfair prices.
