I would like to specifically thank the gentleman who was the manager in charge at the reception on 19 March around 12:30-1pm, unfortunately I do not remember his name & called the hotel to ask about him to thank him in person, but still could not get a hold of him. I was not feeling well at all & had an upset stomach & he took care of me till I left for the airport around 3:30pm although I had already checked out. Thank you once again for your kindness & you set a perfect example for how a manager should be!

Conveniently located within walking distance (approx 500 m) from boat pier to Akdamar Island. Room was clean, shower spacious and enclosed (no water all over the floor like in some hotels in Türkiye). Restaurant was fairly priced and decent considering there is no other option nearby. Good variety at breakfast - a bit of fresh fruit was welcome.

The reception staff was very helpful, particularly Mr. Mesut, who assisted me in scheduling a comfortable trip for my parents to return home safely. As long as he is the manager of this hotel, I am confident I can trust him. The other staff members are invaluable as well, and they speak Farsi, which is an advantage for Iranian guests. The breakfast is terrific. The rooms are clean and odor-free. There is an air conditioner available for the summer months. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one truly deserves its 5-star rating. Wonderful location!

Van city is not touristic and everyone has another purpose...

Van city is not touristic and everyone has another purpose to visit. Do not expect something extraordinary from it. Historical places do not worth the time to visit. All foods I had there at any place were tasty. Normally the portion of one is enough for 2 adults. Check the size of the food before ordering.

The views of the surrounding snow capped mountains were truly beautiful. Friendly welcoming people & the food was very good. Very easy getting around & the taxi operators were pleasant. A very good value for money short holiday. The boat trip on Lake Van to Akdamar Island was beautiful & interesting.

Bostaniçi is a convenient location with easy access to the city center. The area is lively, and we found everything we needed nearby. It was a good base for exploring Van and the surrounding attractions.

Am working since 20 years at 5 stars hotels. The hotel certainly exceeded our expectations, from the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and very helpful and very accommodating. Me and my nephew were impressed with the hotel and bathroom. The manager Mr Caner very nice person and front desk and bell boy very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better. I would recommend this hotel to everyone
