Had to pick my wife up from airport late at night the hotel with a small fee took myself and van to pickup there was a delay with immigration but the driver was very helpful it was 2am before we returned to motel and everyone assisted in unloading baggage. Yes All went Well.

Such a lovely hotel with a lake and a park full of playful monkeys. The glamping tent are very comfortable with all the needed amenities. Shared bathroom and showers are very clean. The restaurant serves delicious food and even offer a packed breakfast if you have an early flight back. The staff was absolutely amazing, kind and very professional

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Beds were nice and comfy and the water pressure was great.

A great supportive staff that works collectively as a team. All are very versatile with skill sets to manage all tasks and special requests by those accommodated there.

This is a wonderful stay! The staff are friendly and very helpful. The meals (I had breakfast and dinner) were delicious and the room was large, clean and offered hot showers. The hotel is quiet and is in a lovely setting! I recommend this hotel completely!

The staff (the receptionists, Moses, Doreen and the Bar girl, Sonia and the chief are amazing and super responsive. The true integrity is there with them. The breakfasts are perfect. The hotel is very close to the beach and fisherman village. The Vitoria Mall is in the walking distance while it is also close to the long beach where you can also find many local restaurants. The local food (Matooke and Posho with beef stew, fired fish and bean soup from the Hotel Casabella restaurant is fantastic. I stayed for 10 nights.

Good customer service, clean rooms and excellent breakfast

The staff was great ! They treatment that I received was exceptional! Elizabeth particularly helped me to solve a few problems that I faced when I arrived at the country, and I am very much grateful for that! The room was very comfy and beautiful. I also had a view of the lake from my window. The breakfast was amazing, too. They always treated me so nicely when it was breakfast time. The view from the terrace is extraordinary! You should watch the sunset! The location is very good. Close to Entebbe airport and Victoria Mall of Entebbe. I definitely recommend this place !!!

The property was beautiful and right on the lake. They had an outside bar and gathering area a long with an inside restaurant. The staff was delightful and very accommodating. The buffet breakfast was great. We didn't order from the menu but it looked amazing. We took the hotel shuttle to the airport.

Rooms were very clean and having ac/hot water made the stay a lot better. The outdoor bar area is very lively too.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the owner was reasonable. I will like to give a special shout out to Lillian, she went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I liked the food, the room it self and how we was treated. And it was a great view. And you had a lot of options to where you wanted to stay, good juice and soda.
