"I loved gulf shores and my view. But there was alot wrong with our room. One of things involving a injury. Still can't get vacasa to let me know anything. I feel I was charged to much since I smelled mildew mold and had nasty water and food in my kitchen sink the whole time because the disposal to the sink was burned up. I was not satisfied and vacasa doesn't care about their guest I will not recommend royal palms 1303 through them ever. I will always use booking.com but if its a vacasa property ill just stay home."

"This was our first time staying at Orange Beach and although our stay was short, we had a wonderful time. The apartment was ready for our visit, clean with everything we needed. Parking was private and secure. The Tidewater apartments were located close to many restaurants and places to shop. Orange Beach was busy but not crowded. The area offered many things to do from Dolphin tours to parasailing. On a downside, the water in the gulf and bay area had a lot of algae and had a dark appearance. We very much enjoyed our short stay and would recommend the area for a restful, quiet, but eventful getaway."

The front desk lady was so nice and helpful. I had also forgot my key inside my room and she didn’t hesitate to give me another one so I could get in my room. My microwave went out and the maintenance man brought a new one right up to our room and set it up. Very nice and clean hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Their on-site pool was a highlight, and the breakfast had a variety of tasty options. The hotel's location near the beach was extremely convenient. Overall, Comfort Inn exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

The property is well maintained and the room was super clean and well stocked. Great beach view from the room and balcony and accessibility to the beach was very good - just a short boardwalk from the room. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

My favorite spot was the beach, I ate at many places but Lulus was the best, My favorite thing was going parasailing, For a 72 year old lady it was great. Getting around Gulf Shores was very easy and most of the motorist were very respectable.

Orange beach was great, however, I feel differently about the parasailing. I don’t recommend purchasing pictures packet. They loved parasailing but I felt like it was a big scam and misleading when purchasing tickets that there is a mandatory gratuity fee upfront, then you pay $40 for digital pictures to document your experience which was also misleading. Once pictures were sent, they were only proof and you had to pay another $55 to get actual pictures that were difficult to download, not good quality and you were given a time limit to download.

Dauphin island is mainly for those that are retired or those that only want to fish and sit on the beach. There was only a few places to eat and everything was super expensive. General store was way over-priced as well and the cashiers were rude. Pirate's pizza, as well as Pirate's bar and grill, was delicious and friendly though expensive. Dockside grill was expensive, wait staff was rude, small portions that wasn't all that good. Instead of spending a week on the island, we could have done the few things offered in a weekend. We won't be coming back.

It was a nice quite neighborhood and lots of space. Easy walk to the beach with the Hideaway restaurant close enough you can walk to, and the food was very good. The indoor pool and fitness center were an extra cost that we decided, for us it was not worth it. There is a hot tub and outdoor pools to use weather permitting. 15 minutes to Gulf shores and 25 to 30 to Foley with lots of restaurants and outlet mall and all kinds of activities.

Great spot for a vacation getaway.Especially if you like seclusion, because the road that leads to fort morgan is a straight shot road, but is about fifteen miles long so you're about thirty minutes from the rest of the world.

We love Gulf Shores and will always recommend it! Plenty of restaurants and attractions for old as well as young. Traffic was not a problem. The beaches are clean, very pretty. Also, close by in Foley is Tanger Outlet mall and lots of other great shops. Lambert’s restaurant is a favorite of ours.

We loved the beach.

We loved the beach. The water was a little darker than normal I guess because of all the weather lately, but we are from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. A little dark water doesn't scare us. We had a great time at the Wharf and ate at Doc's Seafood Shack & Oyster. The food was amazing! Our adult kids went to Florabama while we stayed at the wharf to walk the shops.

Vacasa cancled my original reservation and tried to replace the condo with a substandard condo. I finally accepted a replacement and someone else was in room when I went in, very embarassing. Went to another condo and the keypad wouldn't work. Property caretaker went to get a real key and never came back. On hold with cust service while they sent me new list to choose from. Next condo key code would not work, took 20 mins of standing outside condo with cust service trying different key codes. Finally got into 4th condo I had selected. Was on hold with cust service for hours, took 3 1/2 hours to get into a comparable condo. Balcony patio door broken, hot tub broken, one pool broken. Bath tub had ring around it. Property management was very poor. Very stressful way to start a trip. Will not ever book anything that has Vacasa involved again. I spoke to several people in area, they are going bankrupt and have very poor reputation.
