"Highlight of Jackson was Jackson Falls, a 10-min walk from the Wildcat Inn. Easy to get to and absolutely gorgeous. Loved breakfast at Yesterdays. Can't comment on many of the seasonal options because we were there during the off-season. A definite must is the Mt Washington Cog Railroad (when weather permits) and lunch at the Mt Washington Grand Hotel."

"Bartlett is a wonderful place! Beautiful scenery. The covered bridge gift shop had many wonderful and inexpensive gifts and souvenirs. The Restaurant we went to was just adorable, and had great food- Its was called Cabin Fever. Also visited the general store, sold many essential needs there. I'd recommend visiting and staying in Bartlett if you want a quiet place away from North Conway but close enough to visit there."

United StatesEverything was wonderful from the staff to the food and the comfortable room. We didn’t get to use the pool but I heard some people sitting next to us with kids said it was great. The breakfast was really good and the staff very accommodating. The rooms were so spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. The bathroom was very top notch and the shower was amazing.

The room was bright and spacious. The beds and pillows were comfy. The building I stayed in was quiet. I didn't go to the pool/hot tub or continental breakfast. Staff at the front desk were friendly at check-in and check out. There was plenty of parking. Hannaford is right across the side street from the hotel and is open until 10 pm. There's a great pizza place down the street about 7 minutes away. It's a quick walk to restaurants and Settlers Green.

The staff were simply lovely, it was gorgeously decorated for Christmas and they even left us stockings filled with candy canes on our doors on Christmas Day. The outdoor heated year round pool and hot tubs were simply lovely and the backdrop of the mountains was lovely as well.

This is a major spot for outdoor enthusiasts.
This is a major spot for outdoor enthusiasts. Mount Washington is incredible, and there are mountains, rivers, trails, and falls everywhere. Cute downtown with shops, very nice community feeling. Go for the hiking, trails, and nature and enjoy the coffee shops, ice cream, and attractions as well.

Jackson is well located in the White Mountains.
Jackson is well located in the White Mountains. Close to Story Land, Mt Washington Auto Road and many hiking trail heads. For all that it is a quiet peaceful town, perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway. We were able to walk to breakfast each day and many good dinner dining options within a short drive.

Bartlett was a great location for easy access to both Pinkham Notch and Crawford Notch areas. It is a quiet area outside of North Conway but close enough for restaurants and shopping. Jackson village is close by as well. There is a supermarket within 3 miles. We enjoyed cross country skiing and the many beautiful hiking trails this winter. The snow is always reliable and the whole area is a winter wonderland. We enjoy the white mountains in summer as well. There is an abundance of activities available in all seasons!

A nice outdoorsy place.
A nice outdoorsy place. We could feel the natural beauty of the area. The people were friendly and considerate. Prices in the area were reasonable did not seem like a tourist trap. The temperature was very pleasant. The food was good. Looking forward to going back.

We live in NH and enjoy hiking and the beautiful mountains in our state. The views of Mt. Washington and the surrounding mountains are fantastic. Good restaurants to enjoy also. You can visit the Mt. Washington hotel and enjoy the surrounding views threre. They have zip-lining, golf, and you can ride a gondola to the top of Bretton Woods ski area. Lots to do and enjoy in this town!

Wonderful, quintessential New England town.
Wonderful, quintessential New England town. Incredible location next to rivers, mountains, hiking/ski areas, some of the better restaurants in New Hampshire. Good proximity to many attractions up Routes 16 or 302 heading North, or down Route 16 to N. Conway and Conway.

The highlight of the trip was staying at the Grand Summit Hotel in Bartlett great accommodations, everywhere was spotless. The beds were comfortable, large rooms, enjoyed the Mountain View. The pool area was spotless.

It was very nice, many shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, we could not experience the train ride at this time, however the shopping was good. Our faves were Zeb's Country Store for shopping and our favorite restaurants were Banners and Delaneys.

North Conway and all that it offers is right down thread, just ten minutes away.
The scenery that you are immersed in is simply magnificent. Prepare to be awed.
