"Loved the views of Niagara Falls, the Niagara River valley. Enjoyed the fireworks every night and the lit up falls. Enjoyed very much the Maid of The Mist tour. Ate at The Tandoori Hut a good Indian Buffet, The Western Door a little pricey but worth it for the quality of food, and Top Of The Falls. All were very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this trip for Anyone and Everyone, good fun and sites to see for the whole family."

"The most friendly people and beautiful city. It is such an historical place! We went to the Teddy Roosevelt Inaugural Site which was so informative. We took a free tour of City Hall and went up the observation tower. We also went to the Frank Lloyd Wright Martin House, which was beautiful and very informative tour. We enjoyed a day at the zoo and went to Niagara Falls. All of it was great. My favorite was seeing the musical "Hairspray" at the Shea Theatre in downtown Buffalo. We enjoyed the local pubs and restaurants, especially Bar Bill (amazing wings and weck sandwich), Mighty Taco (young man was a great representative of the restaurant and recommended the "Buffito," which was delicious), Ted's Hot Dogs, and Thirsty Buffalo, where we got to watch the hockey game with the Sabres fans. On Mother's Day we went to Mass at Our Lady of Victory Basilica. What a beautiful historic building! Yes, we crammed a lot into just a few days, so we'll probably have to go back and do the Naval Ship tour."

"Loved that everything was in close proximity of hotel. Lots of choices and close to airport. We actually had to go to goodwill for an extra suitcase to take home!! We went to Duffs for the best wings!!! We went to anchor Bar for sauce and glasses to take home! Number # 1 spot was Brite-Smith Brewery!! Best craft beer! We also ate at Ballyhoo and Bar Bills!! Both were awesome!! Near by was 42 Brewery north, which was also awesome! Had a blast in all that area!!"

"As I stated in my other review, the place was disgusting. A badly stained blanket covered a rock hard bed, messy pillows, dirty-moldy looking edge of tub, peeling paint and a gap in the door that someone could pop right open! Plus they tried to add on an additional $100 deposit in cash because of "issues" they have had?! After running my card for the room?! What kind of ridiculous nonsense is that? Sounds like someone trying to commit fraud. I expected at least a decently clean room for $170 that we paid, not a wall crumbling hovel. We would have been better off sleeping in our vehicle. We have stayed in quite a few places, but that place was gross. Motel 6, you usually have a decent reputation but NOT in that place. I did take pictures and I am very happy to share them with anyone. Recommendations? NO WAY!!"

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so wonderful that I felt I had to share it. My husband and I stayed at the Sterling Inn & Spa from April 18–19 for a short anniversary getaway, and it was truly incredible. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were given a spacious, spotless room with a huge soaking tub, which made the stay feel extra luxurious. Everything was incredibly clean, and it easily became one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. What really stood out was the attention to detail, they went the extra mile to make our anniversary feel special and memorable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the location couldn’t be better, just about a 10-minute walk to the falls and close to many great restaurants. The room was quiet and very relaxing, and the amenities had everything we needed, even slippers, which was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, not too firm, but still very supportive. I had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with soft music and a pleasant scent throughout the hotel that made everything feel even more peaceful. Overall, I highly recommend this place. If you’re reading this and considering booking, take this as your sign, you won’t regret it!

The desk agent who checked me in, Waseem, was very helpful, courteous, kind and genuine. He worked to meet my room requirements with ease — all so pleasantly. Also, the shuttle driver who took me to airport at 6:00 am was cheerful, engaging and kind. She told me when I asked how long she has been on her shift— all night. It was cold and rainy ! And she was so positive and pleasant. I’m sorry I don’t have her name. These employees were great ambassadors for your hotel during my visit. A+

Horrible customer service. Dirty rooms. There was alot of bugs in the room, pubic hair, long hair everywhere, smelled of mold and mildew. Shower didn't work properly, toilet wouldn't flush. Charged a much higher rate due to the employees being new and they made the error, in which we were wronged for the mishap. I would never recommend nor stay in the facility again.
