It was super adorable, clean, comfortable, the staff was excellent and helpful, and everything was perfect. The decorations in every room being unique makes me want to stay and keep track of each time I stay and mark them off a list, trying to stay in them all! The mid century modern designs are to notch, who ever did the decorations were on point.

We always enjoy eating at Maple Street Biscuit Company. Excellent food and service. We stopped at Chattanooga just so we could eat breakfast even though we couldn’t have driven farther to get closer to our destination in Jacksonville, FL.

Getting around Hixson is very easy, as far as road accessibility, but the GPS seems to go off just a little bit every now and again. But the re-routing was not bad and it was easy to get back on the right track. I was here for a specific event and didn't do any outside touring, but it is so close to Chattanooga and there is a lot to do there.

The long, winding drive up puts you in a different part of the world with great views and its own little community of restaurants. Enjoyed our stay, the sunsets, the birds and meals at local places like Massey's Kitchen and Lalito's Mexican.

The hotels in the good location. Everything is close by minutes, meaning you can't get lost. Anyone going to take a trip? Make sure check this hotel out. We really didn't see much of Hixson - we got to the motel...

We really didn't see much of Hixson - we got to the motel after dark and left as soon as we packed up and ate breakfast. If travelers want to be close to the sights in Chattanooga, they might consider a motel closer in to Chattanooga.

Chattanooga surprised us in the best way.

Chattanooga surprised us in the best way. There's so much to see and do that we couldn't fit it all into one trip. My favorite experiences were the museums and the Incline Railway. We also wanted to visit Ruby Falls at night, the aquarium, and the zoo, but we'll have to save those for next time. That's just one more reason to come back. We can't wait to visit again!

It was good for a weekend getaway.

It was good for a weekend getaway. We did have a few complaints for small issues. When we got checked-in we had requested bedding for the pull out sofa and never got any. Then when we went to unpack we noticed a dark dirt spot on the fitted sheet. Room service was still on the floor across the hall and we asked if they could change the sheets while we went out. The stains where still there when we came back and the only thing we got was a flat sheet sat on the sofa when we got back. Then when we took the kids to the pool there where no pool towels. When we asked for towels they told us we would have to wait cause they were all in the laundry.
