My 2nd time staying here. Has an amazing pool and hot tub. Very clean the the chlorine doesn't burn your eyes, the lights are low and calming. The rooms are always clean and fresh. Staff is super friendly and easy fast check in.

The hotel manager was amazing. I stopped and got a room there due to inclement weather. Bad snow storm and roads were hazardous. He went out of his way to make sure the snow in front of the door was shoveled so I wouldn't fall. Then when my room key wouldn't work he ran back to the office to get his master key then when that wouldn't work, due to the card reader being too cold, he ran back to his office to get a manual key. He made sure I got in my room safely. It was, by far, the best experience I've had at any hotel. I haven't had that great of an experience at classier hotel chains. Would definitely recommend this facility. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Great spot for the price.

Great spot for the price. Anything with free hot breakfast is good for me. They opened the pool early which was great for the kids. We had the Suite on the 4th floor which was the perfect size for 4 adults and 3 teenagers.

We stayed here because the hotels in Okmulgee were sold out...

We stayed here because the hotels in Okmulgee were sold out for the Muscogee Indian Festival. Did not really spend any time in town other than to drive through for a fast food breakfast. Quaint looking downtown with several shops that were probably worth exploring if we had more time.

The breakfast area was dirty the first room we received The deadbolt didn’t line up so we couldn’t lock the door so they gave us another room and that room the bathroom door wouldn’t close went to the ice machine on our floor and no ice machine went to the third-floor and that one didn’t work so then went to the first floor and finally got the ice.

The night front desk lady was super amazing and very accommodating. She did everything she could to make it work. However , the house keeping staff needs to do a much better job. The sheets were stained with fecal matter and torn. The towels were also old and well used.

The false advertisement.

The false advertisement. I stayed there due to having an indoor pool and free breakfast. However, the breakfast was not provided due to renovations which is understandable. The pool was green and closed. There was nothing on the advertisement that stated any of this. There were only two towels in the bathroom and when requested two more for everyone staying there, they didn't have any available.
