Merg at the reception was wonderful - nothing was a problem, there were only solutions, with a smile and good cheer. Very convenient to the airport - within a 10-15 minute walk, and there's a shuttle too. Big rooms, great staff.

Beautiful place with so much to do.

Beautiful place with so much to do. I love the little shops. So many great places to eat. Close to the city for a day travel. NP has a park and ride which is free and wonderful! The rail trail is great! Mohonk Mt house and Minnewaska have wonderful trails, beautiful views and swimming!

DO NOT GO. Got moved in and out of 3 different rooms. Breakfast was terrible. I went there for the indoor salt water pool. It was closed. It is run down and not nearly worth what I paid for 2 nights. You couldn’t pay me to stay there. Worst hotel experience ever. Pass this place bye 👋 Below is a pic of my refrigerator. I had bought plenty of food and drinks with me. Look what some nice staff person provided. Unreal!

Charming, vintage artsy small town with many restaurants, galleries, and a very welcoming vibe. Nine miles from Woodstock and easy access to Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome. Swan Country Club for a great golf experience at reasonable rates. Hidden gem in the Catskills.

Cozy & friendly town with everything you need nearby. There’s even a lovely wine & spirits store down the way. The winery is only open on weekends and with late hours- not conducive to Friday 11AM checkout times. Also, beware of the 55 MPH maximum speed limit with frequent speed traps & State Troopers fishing for tourists to ticket. They ask you a TON of questions (where you’re staying, where you’re headed, etc.) & then ticket you. That part is rather unpleasant.

Mountain view and clean room.

Mountain view and clean room. Did not like the male manager. Did not like the breakfast. Cereal was not in a sealed container so it was soggy and steal. You served bagels and toaster did not work enough to even melt the hard butter. Had boiled eggs was the only choice. Biker chapter set up a tent on the mountain view side and was very loud and no one else could enjoy the back patio. The 13 to 14 bikers parked under the awning all day and night so that you couldn't park to unload or even walk up the front steps. We had to go around to the handicap walkway.

Honestly, very peaceful, quiet.

Honestly, very peaceful, quiet. The staff was accessible and answered right away, pleasant. My boyfriend found this restaurant for us to have breakfast, it’s called Lindsay’s, their food was fresh and it’s about a ten minute drive from the cabin. Dress comfortable, walk with a poncho. Overall be prepared to just kick back and relax. Only one thing that I didn’t enjoy was the S’mores kit, graham crackers are better.

The CIA (Culinary Institute of America) was nearby and available for dining at a reasonable cost but reservations had to be made many days in advance. The Roosevelt Estate and Vanderbilt Mansion were well worth taking the time to tour. South in Poughkeepsie there is a Hudson River Walk going over the Hudson River on an old Railroad bridge than was really nice
