The Property was excellent , the booking.com reservation did not work and the property had no record of the booking , which had been paid in full on the booking.com site, the guest had to pay again. the double payment not resolved , the customer support is robotic , so there is a challenge ,such a pity as my guest always said online bookings are not for them , and i assured them all ok. So they will not book again this way or let me do so.

Everything was perfect. Our whole experience was exceptional. The view from the rooms on the river bank added immensely to the experience and the personalized service made every minute a treat. We liked the addition of the porridge pre game drive at 6am and the way you spaced and served your delicious and well thought out meals. Our game drives were so personalized and exciting and our guide Andile was superb , enthusiastic and deeply seeped in the knowledge of the Pafuri environment. It was a unbeatable 4 days in the most amazing environment. Thank you to all concerned.
