The location in the charming village centre within easy walking distance to the Abbey was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast in the morning provided both hot and cold options and the Restaurant for evening meals had a good menu. Our bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and lots of hot water.

Perfect location in Melk. I was pleasantly surprised at how big the hotel and restaurant was .. the website doesn’t do it justice. The rooms are modern, comfortable and well maintained with friendly attentive staff throughout.

Sandra was very helpful and prepared the whirlpool for us although we were the one that messed up and didn't see that we to ask for it separately. The house is very pretty and in the city center. And please visit their store and enjoy some marille punch, it is very tasty

Lovely modernized bathroom and new carpet in the room. Very comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Easy parking across the street. Danube view and direct access to a green riverside park. Excellent breakfast. Lounge upstairs with espresso machine and tea and cold drinks anytime. Friendly service with good communication.

Very nice place. The quality of the spa was unexpectedly fabulous, and appreciated after cycling for several days. Comfortable room and beds. Our dinner was very good, eating outside on their patio. Good breakfast and well set up for cyclists.

Lovely family, lovely hotel. Excellent food and the location couldn't have been any closer to the Danube cycle path. Breakfast was incredible, bikes had secure storage. Perfect place to stop and great accommodations for our group of 8 cyclists.
