This B&B has to be seen to be believed. It has everything you require and more. Beautifully maintained and managed and well stocked with breakfast goodies. It is compact, comprising of 2 rooms; A Bedroom and Kitchen with a separate bathroom, toilet and shower. On our visit everything seemed brand new, decor included. Adults couples only and has one very large super king bed. Located on the top of a hill, the bird life and Kangaroo's abound and it's in a very quiet location. If your early risers like us an early morning walk with a reward of a magnificent Sunrise, it is a site to behold. Eagle Bay Beach at the end of the Drive is a lovely walk and quiet, but you better be fit for the climb back up the hill :-) The unit is attached to the main house, however Teena and Lee your hosts are very respectful of your privacy; we only saw them twice over our 2 night stay, once on arrival and once on departure. We would stay again without hesitation.

Beautiful location on smiths beach. Great restaurant and bottle shop selling wine and snacks that you can take to the beach. Excellent staff (Katie was amazing) who helped book drivers and other arrangements.

The staff were incredible and accomodating. My family came down with gastro the day before our stay and would not have been able to make the trip. They agreed to reschedule for no cost (despite being under no obligation and the late notice). This took away a significant stressor for us.

The chalet is amazing, everything very well maintained. Bedrooms were comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. Bathroom was super clean, nice bathtub and hot + good shower pressure. Kitchen had everything you would need in terms of appliances, kitchenware, etc. The BBQ grill was a plus on the outside and good quality. The outdoors was amazing, the lake, the bushwalk trail and the whole area is super peaceful, we didn't even want to go to town once we checked in!

The bungalow was very nice, spacious and airy. There were 2 bathrooms and one had a spa bath, which was great. It also had a BBQ and outdoor eating area. The bungalow is close to the pool. The provision of a washer and dryer was great, as were the little extras like tea, coffee, milk, cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc.

We have a beautiful swimming pool, BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks - Busselton is located in Busselton, 3 minutes’ walk from Geographe Bay.
