Everything was fine, this was our second time here :)

Well, it's not a 5* hotel, and not a brand new either, but it was an excellent value for money, at least off-season. Easy to park (paid parking right in front of the entrance, free parking just a short distance away), free spa access, breakfast included, comfortable, cosy rooms - everything was just fine. Also, they have a very nice terrace / garden restaurant for spring & summer season.

I like everything: smiley personal, excellent food, fresh vegetables, salates, clean rooms, clean spa center... Everything was perfect!

Stayed for one week,staff was great,rooms were very clean and good size(I had an apartment with 2 bedrooms) The only remark the menu could improve a little bit,not too many choices but in general was tasty and I enjoy it. I recommend it and maybe I'll book it again.

Our room was big, interior was modern, and with home appliances, perfect for a family. Quiet, warm. Our toddler was enjoying himself like he was at home. Food was delicious, with great variety to chose from, spa center is very good and enjoyable. Will definitely come again in the summer.

I liked the location and the spa very much. Food was good as well. The rooms were big and cleaned every day. Parking was available too. It was our second time there.

The location is on the city center. The receptionist was warm and understanding lady. The room was very big and cozy. The view from the balcony was to the Pirin hill. The spa center was my favorite place - hot sauna and steam bath, swimming pool suitable for kids and a relax zone. The bathroom and the bathtub were perfectly clean. I recommend it 100%.

Everything was perfect, especially for the price. Food was perfect, different every morning and night. Probably the best buffet chefs I've ever seen! Everything was fresh and cooked like gourmet. The rooms are perfect - very big and clean. Probably the best deal for the price in the region. Spa is good, warm pools even in winter time. Saunas and steam baths were super. Area is quite, next to the mountain hills and golf courts. Staff are very friendly. The road to the hotel is good and cleaned even in very snowy conditions. Plus free parking! Definitely going to visit again!

hotel facilities, spa is warm, big enough and clean great yard and nature in the yard. perfect for children when the weather is sunny . also for leasure, there are hammocks... amazing the staff is very polite hotel lobby is very cozy there is also a salty room , which is very nice

I liked the warm welcome we received on arrival. We were offered tea while our room was prepared. This is a guest house in a very old building, so expect cuteness and also small scale for modern standards. Although the room was small, the bed itself was wide and okay in terms of comfort. Breakfast and dinner area was very cosy with delicious local homemade food! Free sauna is an awesome facility considering the price. It's basic, not large but was fresh and clean - so enough to relax muscles

The stuff was super nice and welcoming (Special thanks to Alona from the reception for all the information and help she gave us during our stay, and to Elena from the Spa for her kindness). The room was very spacious, the beds were super comfortable. The shuttle to the gondola was very helpful. Tha private Sauna rooms were great

The hotel would certainly not be described as modern - the decor, furnishings, everything - is old and heavy in style, but not in a bad way. Lots of wood, dark carpets etc. The feeling is perhaps of old charm. The rooms are large'ish - huge comfy bed, large super heated bathroom with both shower and bath. Luxurious hot water. Thermostat in the room works perfectly - you can be as warm as you like. Our (standard) room had a large balcony facing the slope & mountains. Beautiful view when the fog lifts. The spa services within the hotel are fantastic - a large indoor pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi and a good sized outdoor pool - where you can swim in hot water with the snow all around. A delightful experience! The location is second to none - for skiing in Bansko it can't be beat. It is right across from the Gondola - 30-40 meters walk in the snow from the ski shop rental within the hotel where you exit directly to the snow. Hotel restaurants are supposed to be very good but expensive. We did not book the full board option but sampled the local restaurants - there's plenty of great options to choose from in walking distance. As a tip I would suggest - rent your ski equipment in the hotel (the convenience is more than worth it) but buy your ski pass at the gondola. The hotel is happy to sell you the lift tickets with your equipment but they charge a premium of about 20 euro a day per person. Wifi works great. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful - overall a great experience.

I appreciate especially the facilities for kids, the outdoor playground, the indoor and the outdoor pools for children overall, the whole spa facilities. The food was diverse and tasty. The whole staff is helpful and friendly, but we highly appreciated Mr. Stoyan Luchkov, the gentleman from the restaurant (the afternoon shift), who is always positive, willing to help, very kind, providing us also helpful information about some touristic attractions in the area. Really nice to have met him, including for our 3 years old kid (you can see that Mr Stoyan is very fond of children). Overall I recommend the hotel, we enjoyed the time spent at 7 Pools and we look forward to come back.

SPA is magnificent, and all the facilities were good. Room big and clean with bug balcony with brain taking view to the mounting around. Customer-centric attitude. I had a birthday during my stay. The hotel grants me a bottle of wine in the room and an additional cake for the dinner. This is an exceptional one.
