- The room was massive: it had 2 bathrooms, an emperor sized bed and even a separate dining room. Very well equipped. - The gym and swimming pool were in good condition and well equipped. - Staff were very friendly and helpful: the room was not ready on time but they were very apologetic and offered us free cocktails as a gesture or good faith. - Very good choice of breakfast options, albeit catering to a fairly local taste.

The swimming pool, for lap swimmers, is awesome! That was the highlight of my stay. The breakfast is excellent, and they put out new, different things every day. The receptionists, particularly Renner and the redhead lady, were very helpful with arrangements and questions that I had. The people in the restaurant were great and always greeted me.

The host was attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. The room's stunning view of the Rio Negro was a standout feature memorable stay. While the property is conveniently located near the river, the facilities could benefit from some updates and maintenance. Upon arrival, I found that the room had not been cleaned as thoroughly as expected, as there was leftover food in the microwave and some insect activity. That said, I appreciated the host's responsiveness. After I reported the issues, they promptly arranged for the room to be cleaned again.Their quick attention to these matters helped improve the overall experience.
