The staff was ready to help with joy and kindness, it had different animals, the jacuzzi and pool were spacious and comfortable, they had planned activities for visitors to be entertained, and the property, overall, is beautiful!

The property is beautiful - it is so well kept and the surrounding area is gorgeous. The staff were amazing and incredibly attentive, especially Fanny and Andres. The restaurant prices were very reasonable and the staff were super accommodating with meal requests. We had a great stay.

This place is absolutely stunning! Its location, just a short distance from Parque del Café, is incredibly convenient. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, making us feel right at home. And the food? It was nothing short of perfection—delicious and well-prepared. The Hotel is a surprisingly expansive and multi-tiered spread of amenities and beautiful gardens down the hillside from the main road to Armenia from the airport. Pool, jacuzzi, small playground lead to the open-air gym, lounge with games and TV, and a large pavilion restaurant. It’s definitely a location built for hosting large parties and gatherings like a wedding but was relatively low occupancy during my stay which made it quite peaceful. They upgraded me to a larger room with a big jacuzzi tub gratis, let me extend my staff at a discounted rate at my plans changed last minute, and allowed me a very late checkout for a late afternoon flight. The staff were so nice and act like a great team. My Spanish is so-so at best and they were patient and easy to chat with. You’ll see them laughing and eating meals together at the restaurant. Every interaction from the first messages on WhatsApp to check-in, meals, and asking for help looking for a lost item made me feel really cared for in a way formal hotels or resorts never do.

It has a lot of space and some exotic animals you could see around it.
