The rooms were spacious , we got a free upgrade that allowed us to use the premier club restaurants , lounges and concierge . It was fantastic! The service was outstanding. All the employees were very helpful and made our stay amazing . There was a big variety of food on the buffet . The food was ok . The beach was clean with heaps of beach beds and the water was stunning ! The room was always clean the cleaning staff were always checking on us if we needed anything .

Beautiful location and very well kept facilities. The courtyard looks like a park with peacocks, cocoa trees and lots of greenery. Our room had a good size. The beach was clean and there were plenty of sun loungers available. The bar was decent. The food was good in all the restaurants we tried.

Food, accommodations, beach The waiters & waitresses in cafe of the palace very Courteous& helpful. My room was always tidy Reservation desk was very good, in person, claimed they didn’t understand English over the phone.

A very good place for out short stay in town. Close to the beach and the city/restaurant areas. Parking was confortable and the host are very dedicated. We had a technical failure with the fan, and they solved it very quickly. They help us book a tour and were prompt to respond to any question. The place is not huge but does the job and is well equipped. At the time there was a construction in front for the other towers, but it was not an issue for us. Good value for money and great experience.

The pool was very nice! The location was good, close to grocery stores & the beach. The bed was comfortable.

It is exactly what I expected and as described in the photos. The place is great for families, the beach and the services at the complex were great. The waterpark was a blast for my kids.

The host contacted us prior our arrival to make sure we had all the information, the facilities of the property are amazing: clean and huge pool, beautiful beach and the staff was very kind, I think this is a property you can stay 10 days without getting tired of it.

Property staff were very helpful. The waterpark was amazing and we were able to fully enjoy it with our 2 year old. (Other resorts have age/height restrictions). Other pools are well maintained and have a “resort-like” feel. Restaurant was very good too.
