Hard Rock Tenerife is a fantastic hotel with a unique vibe and top-tier amenities. We loved the music, the breakfast, and the overall design. Big thanks to Jon for his exceptional hospitality; his help made our experience much smoother and more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly polite, respectful, and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pools and spa, which provided a perfect space for relaxation. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered stunning views of the sea, the pool, and beautiful palm trees, creating a serene atmosphere. One of the highlights was the impressive variety of food. Each day brought a new selection of delicious options at breakfast and dinner, showcasing a wide range of cuisines. Additionally, the hotel organized live entertainment every evening, from rock and jazz musicians to captivating flamenco dance performances, which added an extra touch of enjoyment to our stay. A special shout-out to Christofer, Javi, and Gabbriel, the bar staff, for their exceptional hospitality. Their kind and professional service, along with their warm attitude, made our time at the hotel even more memorable. Overall, this hotel delivered an exceptional experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Everything was perfect! Location, hotel, staff, cleanliness, dining room, food choice, sun terrace upstairs . Our 3rd visit and I'm sure we'll be back.

While all was above expectations, small facilities issues like changing water temperature during taking a shower and annoyingly long waiting time for the lifts could be fixed somehow. But nothing major, would come back any time!

The food was exceptional, the staff was amazing. Overall it's very clean, with a nice bathroom. The food in the hotel is AMAZING, it is even beyond AMAZING. The restaurant is INCREDIBLE, literally we were in awe of the food for the first three days and then we were just enjoying it.

Great hotel with a long tradition. The buffet restaurant in this hotel is THE BEST I've ever been to. The choice of food is incredible, I often couldn't decide what to eat because everything looked so good. And not only is there a lot of food, but it is also of very high quality.

We had everything we needed for a perfect family stay, it's not luxury but it was above expectations for what we paid for!! Pool and bar were fantastic. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

The room was excellent, large bed with a perfect matress, good showerhead and a Nespresso coffemaker in the room. The garden has a lot of space between benches, nice live music in garden. Breakfast is similar to other hotels nearby, could be faster in the omilette making for there was always a line. The gym is perfect, the aroma smell in the entire hotel was great. But I have NEVER had such a lovely staff, specially in the lobby, they where GREAT, loved them !!!

Exceptional service across the board. The buffet restaurant was a highlight with amazing food at both breakfast and dinner. The entire resort and the pools were kept spotlessly clean.

Everything was great, the room was comfortable and included all needed equipment and facilities. The food was great. The pool area was clean and the staff was friendly. In short one of the best vacations I had in the last years. Very recommended.
