Authentic villa renovated with passion and style. Very amicable host, helpful and competent. Excellent breakfast, very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed and high quality linen. Common area including a kitchen is huge and very welcoming, outside seating is a plus. Good restaurants close by, the host can get you a table, even on a busy night. Finally, secure and free parking. Refreshing to see such a committed family business which was launched just recently.

Booked on arrival to Luchon and were able to access the apartment very soon after. Communication was prompt and very clear. Enjoyed trouble free parking. Purchased a 2 euro "watch" from the tourism office just 50 metres from the the apartment (cardboard time dial which you set and put on your windscreen) which provides 1.5hours of free parking - then move your car and re-set the watch. Parking is free overnight from 6pm until 8am. Linen and after stay cleaning is not included in the booking price (this could have been clearer on booking .com). Thankfully the host was on to it and messaged to advise we could use linen from a cupboard. Cleaning was not difficult as products were provided and fair enough given the reasonable tariff. Really enjoyed our 1 night stay in this apartment.
