The food was very good. Every day every meal had something different and tasty. The personnel is very efficient. The beach is fine, and support for the beach goers was also good, like showers, changing cabins, chairs and towels. If one's going on a tour for the day, the staff offer a lunch box, and maybe even some early breakfast. Late check out is also very friendly.

Food, bar & staff exceptional !

They kindly upgraded me from a room to a cottage. it was quite spacious with lovely surroundings and very close to the beach and pool. The breakfast was great, lots of choices.

Clean well organized and so close to the beach. I sent my wife and little son and they were very responsive and understanding to our specific situation.

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, the drinks at the bar exceeded my (all-inclusive style) expectations, and the facial treatment was absolute magic!

We like this place so much that we had to stay here again. All staff made us feel at home and as part of the family. The all-inclusive package was great value for money. Loved the onsite free parking. A good out-of-the-way place that was a short drive out of Heraklion. Great pool with heaps of lounges. Two bars manned most of the time and two restaurants with good times for meals. The room was a good size with a lovely shower and a nice balcony to relax in. It was almost off-season so they upgraded us to a new room that was wow. We also discovered a second massively landscaped pool that was very private and had a third bar operating during the day.

Food was very rich, diverse and tasty, with a great view to the sea. Pools, water slides, and beach areas are very nice and comfortable. Entertainment was relevant, I liked the live music in the evenings, sport activities.

The location is perfect, and this room is well equipped. Recommended to all.

Excellent location and exceptionally clean. The apartment was very quiet especially considering the central location. The bathroom was perfect with the most excellent shower that did not drain water into the rest of the bathroom. The sofa and pull-out chair were perfect for kids. The bedroom had many extra blankets and pillows of different thickness. The keypad entry was very convenient. And there was a nice patio in the back. The bedroom window does, in fact, tilt in for ventilation. Definitely would stay again.

The host was very helpful, there was great communication and understanding. He allowed us to do early check-in and late check-out, so we are very grateful. The place is clean, in the city centre. Breakfast is served in a nearby cafeteria, it was delicious. We enjoyed our time in Heraklion thanks to having great accommodation.

The property was very spacious and furnished, in a quiet residential neighborhood. There's (free) parking right outside. Cleanliness was impeccable. All the amenities one could possibly need (and more) were provided. We even got gifts on arrival and before departure! Irene was a very friendly and welcoming host. We had an absolutely lovely stay for a great price and can definitely recommend.

Very calm Adults only hotel, with excellent staff

I liked the facilities, the staff is so friendly and every evening there is a new event organized! Thanks to his location, it is so peaceful and definitely perfect!

The room was Amazing. Wrap around balcony view. Able to watch the sunrise from bed. The bed was King size and actually very comfortable. The lady who checked me in was beautifully sweet and accommodating. The staff was warm and friendly.
