Literally on the beach. Recently built, large, comfortable and clean rooms. Exactly as advertised. Brand new appliances. Housekeeping everyday. 10 minutes walk to city centre. Several nearby markets present. Run by a hospitable and friendly family. Good, polite people with big smiles. Thats what we enjoyed the most. Definitely recommended.

Such a friendly and welcoming staff. They were there and genuinely ready to help at all times of day. Our 2 year old had the best first vacation of her life because the staff was so kind. They organized activities for all the guests (pasta and pool parties with free sangria) but were more than inclusive and accommodating to us with a small child at the same time.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I hope this helps someone who’s trying to decide — just like I was. I booked a short stay last minute and stayed in the Karpathian Cottage and it completely exceeded my expectations. The cottage had two comfortable rooms, two bathrooms with good water pressure, and everything was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It was quiet, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The highlight, though, was the staff — Stella, George, John, and one more whose name I sadly don’t remember — they were all truly exceptional: welcoming, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely come back again.

Absolutely loved this hotel and will stay again. Its very peaceful, has a beautiful view, and the food was incredible. Many delicious meals with such accommodating and friendly staff. It was also a very short and easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

The place is just amazing, everything about it was perfect - the owner Maria is great, the stuff are very nice. The location is perfect.
