You don’t even feel like leaving this place and chill by the pool all day! Rooms are amazing, ac works incredibly good, bed is super comfortable, everything is really really clean. Service is amazing, the staff is really attentive and you get to choose from delicious breakfast options. Location is pretty good as it’s nice and quiet, a bit far from other places but you can rent a scooter and travel around, we found the sunset spot just 5 minutes walk from the villa that has nice food options, cold beers. Overall pretty amazing experience 🙌

Hotel is well designed and very modern unlike other places. For divers it has balireef divers office just inside the hotel. You can plan your scuba diving and see amazing corals and marine life. They do rent motorcycles with very good price. You can also plan a fishing trip at hotel it was amazing experience. Hotel also has kitchen with good price.

Bed are comfortable and private. The bathroom was good. The breakfast so good :) best banana pancake that I ate in Bali. And Juni is friendly and helpful! People mentioned about the lack of social spaces but I met people everyday over breakfast

The grounds are impeccably maintained, with a beautiful pool and lush gardens creating a peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. Everything is contained within a private enclosed area, which makes the whole resort feel calm, secure, and secluded. My room was excellent. The porch had plenty of seating and was a lovely place to relax, while inside I found one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve slept on during my travels. The mosquito net was also very effective, making for a great night’s sleep. The outdoor bathroom was another highlight, especially because the bathtub had genuinely hot water. After several accommodations on this trip with only lukewarm baths, being able to enjoy a proper hot bath was a real luxury. I also appreciated the thoughtful details, such as the power outlets accommodating international plugs, meaning I didn’t even need to use my adapter. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond helping me navigate some confusion between my taxi driver and payment arrangements. They also connected me with a local guide who took me to a fantastic snorkeling spot, helped me organize snorkeling gear along the way, and later drove me all the way to the harbor for my trip to Nusa Penida. The breakfast was simple but enjoyable, and the coffee was excellent. Overall, Kubu Kangin Resort offers beautiful facilities, exceptional hospitality, and a level of comfort that made it very difficult to leave. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Amed.

Great rooms big , staff sensational , very difficult reading reviews and making your mind up !! But this place had no bad reviews and I can see why I know you can't please everyone I am an accommodation provider this place is heaven trust me just book No people putting towels out and reserving a pool lounge hate that! We know who started that in the 70s I got new fridge they said it had been serviced so expected probs , new tv don't know why this was needed smarter one they said I hand delivered 6 bottles of Arak for their magical service , they have me by the short and curlies can't wait to get back

The property was beautiful, quiet and serene. The hotel staff made our stay even better. Thank you Putu, Dayu, and Wayan for your hospitality! The entire staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful! If we needed anything at all, they went out of their way to help, and right away too! They helped us with scooter rentals and taxis, wall plug adapters, laundry and more. The pool is beautiful and relaxing, the beach sandy and calm. We went snorkeling at a few spots in Amed and right outside the hotel was our favorite. Spectacular snorkeling. The breakfast they offer was delicious, and two very good restaurants are in close walking distance to the hotel which we ate dinner at frequently.
