Hotel has a good breakfast with indonesian and continental options. The room was clean all the time.

It was a great stay! There are nice amenities. There’s a jacuzzi and a pool. My friend and I particularly enjoyed playing the billiards while the DJ was playing music. The rooms are clean, and they would give a bottle of water every night, and clean the room. Lastly, the staff was super friendly. You’ll pass by, and they would smile and greet you. 10/10 for customer service. I felt safe staying here.

Lovely resort in a great location. The ground staff keep the gardens immaculate, the room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The TV has English and kids channels. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Good reliable wifi. All you need for an enjoyable stay.The staff are super friendly and helpful. Very close to restos, shops and the beach is a mere 2 minute walk. The restaurant serves up delicious food and the service is great. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone. This resort would be ideal for long stays as well as short ones. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Swimming Pool and Bar, Nice Staff

The villa and the staff are amazing. Beautiful room and clean. The floating breakfast is the best one and very quiet villa n good for relaxing.

Huge indoor pool. Private chef for breakfast and dinner was awesome. Friendly and supportive team since the booking was done. We will come back for sure. Awesome place for family stay.

I have lived in Bali for 10+ years and frequently stay in hotels. This was THE BEST place I have ever stayed in Bali. The place is incredible, with a beautiful, green garden. The staff are so helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are wonderfully designed, with really comfy beds. The hotel facilities are great too, with a nice pool, yoga area and even an area to practice Rindik (Balinese instrument). Wifi is fast and location is strategic. I would 100% recommend The Kropak and hope I can visit again soon!

Was a great experience! The hotel and rooms are really nice, spacious and very beautiful. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, the buildings were beautiful, the accommodation was great, and the dinner and breakfast were excellent. They even allowed a later check-out, as I was working next to the pool, which was fantastic. Very peaceful; I loved the quiet sound of frogs while having dinner, as well as the small lizards that wriggled in and out of the plants, looking for bugs, while I worked in the morning. A private pool and great layout for privacy and working. Would suit couples too.

It’s a great place overall, we got a good last minute deal from booking.com, the staff is very cooperative and the villa is very high-tech, has Alexa enables lights in the room, smart TV, microwave etc. Amazing breakfast choices and we also got 20 mins complimentary massage.

Everything was amazing! The staff were incredible! They allowed to do a relay check in and had the house ready for us very early in the morning. They were all super kind and the house was great. It was a great stay

It’s outside of busy Canggu but not too far either so it’s quiet

The private pool was a definite highlight—perfect for morning dips or unwinding in the afternoon. The living area was generous and comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen made longer stays incredibly easy. Lush greenery around the villa added a refreshing tropical touch that made the space feel alive and welcoming.
