On arrival we were disappointed that all safaris had been cancelled but the hotel provide other activities including an excellent early morning bird viewing boat trip. We would love to have stayed longer and would strongly recommend the hotel. We would particularly like to thank the naturalists Vishal and Laksmann along with chef Ganguly who was able to ensure my wife’s meals were gluten free and Rupali who was our waitress for several meals.

IndiaThis was by far one of the best stay experiences that me and my family enjoyed. Primarily it was for the staff employed at the property. Right from the reception through the kitchen, housekeeping, safari guide you name it and they were always there to take care of us in an impeccable way.
Harish who mostly takes care of the reception was brilliant and also went out of his way to accommodate all our requests.
Same goes for the kitchen, entertainment, housekeeping each and every employee there. Naming only a few of them is just impossible.
We would definitely recommend the property for everyone and would love to visit again.
I really can't put everything in words to share the wonderful experience we have had there.
The food was great too.

IndiaThe location is great, a very green resort next to a dense forest. We saw the giant indian squirrel and many deer on the plantation itself. Its a quiet resort with not too many guests. Great place to get away and be by ourselves. The staff are good, especially Mr. Rupesh who is most attentive and helpful. Cottage was spacious and good too, only no adequate stands in the bathroom to keep stuff. Food was good though there was no choice and not much variety.

IndiaEverything about Sterling Wayanad was excellent. The location borders Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary, but unfortunately we were unable to step out or experience wildlife due to restrictions. However, the property made up for it by offering a range of indoor and outdoor activities including cycling, walking trail and pottery. The food was amazing so were the staff in accommodating all our requests. All in all a bunch of professionals. Special mention to Mr. Dileep from activities who kept us entertained through some hilarious campfire activities.

The resort was excellent. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The resort was all inclusive and the food was excellent. Plenty of choice and very tasty!
The access to safaris was very good and although we sadly didnt see any tigers we saw plenty of wildlife. We particularly enjoyed the river safari!
All staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is a very good resort on the banks of Kabini River and at the edge of Nagarahole Tiger Reserve. Room was spacious with balcony facing the river.The resort has a very friendly staff and has a good restaurant called Tiger Trail. There are play areas for outdoor and indoor sports. This kept children engaged. Resort has vehicles to the safari start point with knowledgeable drivers who talk on forest, forest dwellers and animals. We were happy to spot the Tiger during safari.

Excellent food variety. Room size is great. Service is above excellence. We spent new years here. A nice calm sustainable eco resort overall. Loved the politeness of the staff and the calm surroundings. Spa was good too. We loved our stay overall. Do try the Coracle ride.

Great place. Quiet. Excellent service. Food was good. Helpful team , who arranged coracle ride, boat safari. Also enjoyed the mini night safari inside the resort. Learnt a lot about insects , spider webs etc.

We loved everything about Kaav. The whole experience starting from booking and confirmation, to the stay at the resort, the experiences planned for us till the checkout process - everything was perfect to the 'T'.
