I absolutely loved staying at your hotel! Big room and hall . Stunning mountains view from upstairs . The breakfast also very nice .The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for a great experience!

Very near to mountain view. Comfort car parking. Staff behaviour was good.

Nature friendly, accommodating staff. I have a baby and the needs of her food items were well taken care of. I had an emergency purchase need which was sorted through the reception staff. Special mention to Philips and Karthik to be friendly with my kids throughout the days of stay.

I stayed for 5 nights in this property with my family (4 adults). We booked an executive room and a double room. The weather was nice during our stay which combined with the rain and sun. The location is very nice and the Mountain View from the room in the early morning is excellent and mind soothing. This is the main point for our payment and it’s really satisfying. Rooms are clean. Bathroom is clean. Bed linen is clean. Hot water is available in the bathroom. Soap,towels and water were provided. TV with Tata Play channels are available. AC is working fine but not necessary in this weather. Trekking can be done in the backyard of the property. But beware of caterpillars. Good cafeteria to get tasty food (to be paid separately and not part of booking). Both vegetarian and non vegetarian foods are available. Special mention to the caretaker Mr. Aromal, who is really a professional and a humble person. He takes care of your needs. He helped in getting the ticket for Palaruvi falls without us standing in line and also make sure that we enjoyed the falls first.
