The staff were very kind and friendly. Perfect location and very kids friendly. They gave us a junior suite even though we booked a standard room. Food was good and with a lots of variety, especially the breakfast. Pool was super clean and with some activities for adults and kids. The after dinner program was also fun for the kids. 100% recommended for family trips.

The owners and the staff are absolutely amazing. I think all of them are part of one big family, as I presume that the hotel and the restaurant are family-owned. I have never experienced such a warm and welcoming attitude as here. Always greeted with good morning, good day, or good evening. Always having a smile on their faces. Work ethic is at the highest level. Always moving, tidying, cleaning, and preparing like a swarm of working bees. My 8 year old daughter and I are picky eaters, and they went out of their way to accommodate us with custom foods that were not on the preplanned menu! Food was super delicious! Thank you again to all of you! I had a great time! The beach is 400m away, or a 5-minute walk. The city center with all the nightlife is 50m away.

Everything was great, especially the breakfast. The breakfast was superb, good selection and it was refilled frequently, so even if someone came in the last minute was still enough there. There is a small gluten-free section as well. The staff is very helpful and kind, and the location of the hotel is great! We got beach towels and beach bags to use, private beach is great!
