The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They happily answered tourist related questions and offered helpful insights and recommendations regarding restaurants and activities. The location could not have been better as the gondola was directly behind the hotel and it was an easy walk across the river on a covered bridge into the village. The rooms were clean and comfortable and well appointed. I also appreciated that it was a small, family run accommodation. And, not to go unmentioned - the cappuccinos were excellent.

I can’t say anything good about the property because we weren’t able to stay there. This is the first time after 10 years of traveling that hotel would behave like this.

I had such a wonderful time while skiing here. It was directly across from the Audi stadium and you can pop right down the to gondola from there. The owner Francesgo and his wife Frederica were extremely nice and very caring, I actually got a head cold on my last day and they were very nurturing. Kevin was my main man behind the bar and whipped up some cocktails form me after skiing. The dining hall staff were very kind and attentive. Breakfast was incredible and its impossible to leave hungry. I spent most of the day on the mountain so usually had lunch up there. BUT, dinner was a four course meal for only 40 Euros and it was 5 stars. I know we all have options when vacationing but if your looking around and don't know where to stay, this was a phenomenal vacation for me and I truly hope to return to the same place some day.
