Special recognition is due to the staff, who were friendly and helpful, especially in the dining room and in the spa area. The breakfasts were a large buffet, but one could also have eggs and bacon to order. The dinners were equally varied and plentiful. The spa was extensive, with steam bath, several sauna rooms, an indoor/outdoor pool, and treatment area. Our room was more like a small apartment, with an extra bedroom, balcony, and an eat-in kitchen. The bathroom had an excellent shower.

Very friendly hosts and staff who made us feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed. Great location in the heart of the village. Excellent breakfast and dinner. We will return!

Overall this was one the best overall ski holiday experience I've had in the last 5 years. The best part is the people that work here. They are very professional, friendly, helpful with everything, from room needs to ski rental information to ordering drinks. The cleaning staff were extra helpful with keeping the rooms tidy and making sure we had what we needed. Meals were quite high-end with multiple courses, with also a nice salad bar and sides. Wine selection is fantastic. We explored some really nice local wines. The kitchen staff were very nice about customizing food a bit for kids that were being picky. So helpful. Cozy bar area for relaxing apres, or to do some quiet reading. The finnish sauna has a fantastic view of the mountain. Pool is separate from the spa area so kids don't disturb those trying to relax. The renovated rooms were quite modern which were comfortable. The traditional rooms were less decorated but were also cozy and much more spacious than the renovated modern rooms. EV charging for cars was very helpful.

Hotel restaurant was excellent, both for breakfast as well as fancy dinner.

The restaurant staff is very attentive... and Jenny at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with at any time day or night with a smile on her face and an answer for your questions... no matter how mundane...

Beautiful! Location is amazing. Probably breakfast with one of the best views ever, and dinner. Staff is great! You are right on a hiking or MTB trails a moment you step out of the hotel.

Perfect place and well renovated room. They have playground for kids on the back.

Everything! Location is incredible, with hiking right out the front door. Staff was amazing, food wine were fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The location is excellent (the ski lifts are across the road from the hotel). The staff is so friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent. We stayed during Christmas and they really put extra effort to make it very special. The Christmas dinner was absolutely fantastic! We will come back for sure

Clean and excellent services, staff and location

Very nice hotel. Located just next to the slope. We were there in summer but would be happy to return in winter. Nice facilities, very welcoming stuff. We were traveling with our two French bulldogs and they made our whole family feel very welcomed. The food was delicious. The pool at the top with an amazing view made our stay even better. We can highly recommend.
