I liked everything about this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Neo checked us in after hours, as we were unable to get there within regular hours. Neo and Sho helped with bus schedules, taxi services, reservations, onsen recommendations, and basic local knowledge. I did not catch the names of our friendly Barista or the gal in the back, as they welcomed us every morning with delicious breakfasts and lattes that were included for hotel guests. Blue Star is located directly across from the Tsugeike resort and close to the convenience store, board rentals, eateries, and a bus stop.
