Huge hotel rooms with excellent facilities. 50m from the stunning local beach. Lovely onsen and spa area along with nice relaxed hang out/viewing spaces high up in the hotel and in the main reception area. Great washing and drying facilities onsite were very welcome too.

A 19-minute walk from Shirarahama Beach in Shirahama, TAOYA Shirahama Senjyo features accommodations with access to a hot tub, public bath, and open-air bath.

The hotel was a fun experience. It is a traditional ryokan and onsen. We did feel slightly out of place with being one of only a few foreigners, but everyone was nice and accommodating. The food was delicious and the atmosphere majestic.
