Resorts in Busan

Perfect location in the centre of Busan and close to Busan station approximately 20 mins by taxi or bus, the staff at the hotel starting from the time we checked in till we checked out very professional and kind. Surely I will recommend it to friends and family.

Extremely clean rooms and felt so luxurious from the check in, to the premium spa room, the breakfast and the offer to help us call taxi when we checked out. The lighting was amazing and so nice I would 100% come back.

I want to give a big applause to Mr. Eddy Cha at the reception desk, who spent a lot of effort on helping me retrieve my camera case that I left on the taxi. He helped us call the customer service of Uber and contact with the taxi driver. We weren’t even expecting to see the case again and got depressed, until Eddy showed up with my camera case. It was a huge favor and I want to give all my thanks to Eddy, who made our Busan trip joyful!

The host sent detailed instructions on the check-in process and responded promptly to our questions. The room was fully equipped and the space was more than enough for two people. Only a few minutes walk away from the bus stop, subway and the main attractions by Haeundae beach.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience staying here. In particular, the service at Salon de Signel is outstanding and truly commendable. Thank you!

Everything was just great! Many thanks to Kinam Kim for the help. The reception staff were extremely professional and kind. The view was beautiful, and both the breakfast and evening bar were delicious. I also really appreciate that the hotel is family-friendly and provides two large beds in the room.
